Wolves v Everton

Both teams to score? No

Everton recorded their first away win in seven months with a stunning 5-1 win over Brighton two weeks ago, but they will face a very different challenge when they travel to Molineux for their last away fixture of the season. While most Everton fans probably expected Everton to leave Brighton empty-handed, that will not be the case on Saturday against a Wolves side that has nothing to play for.

Everton, therefore, will be expected to take the game to Wolves, as opposed to sitting in and picking them off on the counter as they did against Brighton. That style of football does not suit Sean Dyche’s side and they could struggle against a Wolves side that has won their last four home games without conceding a goal.

The Toffees have failed to score in five of their nine away games since Dyche took over and it wouldn’t be a huge surprise if they made that six out of ten on Saturday. It’s Both Teams To Score? No to get the ball rolling.

Bournemouth v Manchester United

Bournemouth to Have Four or More Shots on Target

Manchester United need to win two of their last three games to secure Champions League football next season but will hope to get the job done as soon as possible. However, their recent away record indicates that they will struggle against Bournemouth on Saturday.

United have picked up just four points in their last six away league games, losing four and drawing one. Erik Ten Hag’s side have faced 31 shots on target in those six games at a rate of five per game, giving Bournemouth hope of inflicting damage on Saturday.

Bournemouth have lost their two games since securing their Premier League status with a 4-1 win over Leeds, but they were incredibly unlucky to lose to Chelsea in their last home outing, a game in which they managed four shots on target. Fulham v Crystal Palace

Over 3.5 Cards

Crystal Palace travel to Fulham for a meeting between two of the worst-disciplined sides in the Premier League. Palace boast the third-worst record in the division, picking up 75 yellow cards and three red cards in their 36 games to date, while Fulham fare only slightly better, receiving 75 yellow cards and one dismissal in 36 games.

Palace’s disciplinary record in recent away games is especially poor, with Roy Hodgson’s side receiving nine yellow cards in their last two outings away from Selhurst Park. The only thing that might jeopardise a flurry of cards on Saturday afternoon is the fact that both sides have nothing to play for and hence nothing to get a yellow card for.

However, Palace had nothing to play for in those two away games as well and still managed to receive an impressive number of cards. We’ll take on Over 3.5 Cards in this one.

Liverpool v Aston Villa

Mohamed Salah to Have 2 or More Shots on Target

Liverpool will have Mohamed Salah to thank if they are to snatch Champions League football from Newcastle United or Manchester United by the end of the season. Jurgen Klopp’s side have been abject for large parts of the season, but the same can’t be said for Salah, who has scored an impressive 19 goals in the league.

Salah averages 3.2 shots per game in the Premier League this season and is likely to test Emiliano Martinez on a number of occasions on Saturday as Liverpool continue to hunt down a place in the top four. Salah is good value to land two shots on target this Saturday, especially considering he has scored in his eight league games at Anfield.

Over 9.5 corners

Liverpool are among the top teams in the Premier League when it comes to corners won. Klopp’s side average 5.9 corners per game, a record only bettered by Manchester City, Newcastle, and Brighton.

They are likely to considerably better that average against Aston Villa on Saturday, especially if they are chasing a win that will aid their push for Europe. Villa concede an average of 5.4 corners per game and are likely to come under significant pressure on Saturday.

At the other end, Unai Emery’s side average 4.2 corners per game and should win at least a few of their own. We’ll round off with Over 9.5 Corners.
