Sunday sees Everton v Manchester City and Arsenal v Brighton gracing our TV screens and there’s Monday night football in the shape of relegation-threatened Leicester hosting the red-hot Liverpool.

So, with the weekend hurling towards us once again there’s no time to waste and it’s only right that we bring in our resident tipster and Premier League predicting guru, Mark Lawrenson. He’s in blistering form so sit up and take note, here’s Lawro’s predictions this weekend.

Saturday 12.30pm: Leeds v Newcastle

TV: BT Sport

Although Leeds were alright against Manchester City they could have conceded six to be honest. It’s Sam Allardyce’s first game at home but I think Newcastle will win this as they need to get back on the horse. Leeds 0-2 Newcastle.

Result: Leeds 2 – 2 Newcastle

Saturday 3pm: Aston Villa v Tottenham

Aston Villa lost to Wolves last time while Tottenham beat Crystal Palace, both 1-0. I’ll go for Tottenham to win this. Villa have been on a fab run but when you lose one that can knock you off your stride. Aston Villa 1-2 Tottenham.

Result: Aston Villa 2 – 0 Tottenham

Saturday 3pm: Chelsea v Nottingham Forest

Nottingham Forest had a really good result in a mad game against Southampton the other day. Chelsea are at home after a rare win at Bournemouth and I think they’ll back it up. Chelsea 2-0 Nottingham Forest.

Result: Chelsea 2 – 2 Nottingham Forest

Saturday 3pm: Crystal Palace v Bournemouth

I fancy Crystal Palace to win this. They lost to Spurs last week but Bournemouth also lost. I’ll stick with Palace. Crystal Palace 2-1 Bournemouth.

Result: Crystal Palace 2 – 0 Burnemouth

Saturday 3pm: Manchester United v Wolves

Manchester United have lost their last two but Wolves are not a great threat in front of goal so I’m going to go with United. Manchester United 2-0 Wolves.

Result: Manchester United 2 – 0 Wolves

Saturday 3pm: Southampton v Fulham

Fulham were very competitive at Liverpool and then they battered Leicester. They’ll win this easily. Southampton 0-2 Fulham.

Result: Southampton 0-2 Fulham.

Sunday 2pm: Brentford v West Ham

I fancy a draw here. It just underlines what a fantastic season Brentford have had and West Ham could be in the final of the Europa Conference League by next week so it’s not all been bad for them. Brentford 1-1 West Ham.

Sunday 2pm: Everton v Manchester City

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

Should be a good game, this. I think it will be tough for Manchester City but I think they’ll win. Everton’s result against Brighton, you could argue, has been one of the best of the season which is mad. Someone was telling me they can only win when they weaar their pink kit which obviously they can’t here! Everton 0-2 Manchester City.

Sunday 4.30pm: Arsenal v Brighton

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

I’ll go for Arsenal to win this one. Their result at Newcastle was outstanding and they’re destined for second now. Even though Brighton will probably lose this they’ve still had a very, very good season. Arsenal 2-1 Brighton.

Monday 8pm: Leicester v Liverpool

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

Liverpool should win this fairly easy. I think Leicester are in big, big trouble. Leicester 0-2 Liverpool.
