Liverpool have turned things around recently. It’s not like a couple of years ago when they went on a great run at the end of the season, but they are getting there. Five wins in a row shows that and they do have only one loss in their last 40 at home in the league, which is quite astonishing.
Mo Salah has four goals in his last five and has scored eight in his last eight at Anfield. That all points to a Liverpool win for me.
Brentford are a tough team though. They’ve drawn 14 games this season – that’s the most in the league. And they’ve only lost eight times. That tells me they’re always in games, so Both Teams to Score also makes sense here. I can see it finishing 2-1 to Liverpool.
Sunday 4:30pm: Newcastle v Arsenal
TV: Sky Sports Main Event
These are two great sides and I love to watch both of them so I’m looking for forward to this.
With Newcastle, I think everyone was waiting for a blip and it just hasn’t happened. They’re such a good side and what I love about them is the passion and pride they play with. they’ve won eight of their last nine in the league.
They’ve been scoring plenty too, with 20 goals in their last six. It may have cost them a bit defensively though, as they’ve just one clean sheet in their last 13 Premier League outings and they’d kept six in a row before that.
Arsenal got back on top of the league for 24 hours during the week after their 3-1 win over Chelsea before City leaped ahead again. They had ten shots on target in that game and have shown all season they can score.
I’m going to sit on the fence here and go for a draw – 2-2.
Sunday 7pm: West Ham v Man United
TV: BT Sport 1
There were some great scenes in Brighton on Thursday night with that 99th minute penalty for the home side to beat Man United. They looked devastated at full-time.
They’d been unbeaten in five before that and have lost just four time in their last 20 Premier League games, so they’ve not been bad this season. Marcus Rashford has 29 goals, it’s an amzing return.

West Ham lost 4-3 to Palace last Saturday. It leaves them in 15th, four points above the drop zone. They might need one more win to be safe.
I don’t think they’ll get it on Sunday though as I’d expect Man United to edge it and both teams to score.
