HAVEN’T A CLUE WHAT A BET BUILDER IS? WELL, LET OUR HANDY WHAT IS A BET BUILDER? GUIDE REVEAL ALL
Sunday 2pm: West Ham v Arsenal TV:Sky Sport Main Event/Premier League
Arsenal -1
Arsenal have been incredible this season in front of goal. They’re averaging 2.4 goals per game, conceding just 0.96 goals per game. West Ham, on the other hand, have had shooting woes all season long, averaging less than one goal per game scored (0.93) and are conceding, on average, 1.34 goals per game.
All this would lead us towards Arsenal running out comfortable winners in this one, and we can see them winning by at least two clear goals.
Over 2.5 Goals
As we already noted in the previous leg, Arsenal alone are averaging almost 2.5 goals per game by themselves. With the desperate need for points amongst the two sides for differing reasons all factored in – this game has all the makings of a goal fest.
Bukayo Saka has managed to get himself 21 shots on target so far this season. West Ham are currently averaging 14 shots against them per game – including two outlier games against much weaker opposition in AEK Larnaca and Nottingham Forest. Without these factored in, it jumps up to 16 per game – plenty of opportunity for Saka to make his mark if the numbers are anything to go by.
Bukayo Saka to Score or Assist
Saka has bagged himself 22 goals and assists over the season so far in just thirty appearances. With West Ham’s woeful defensive performances this season, we’d expect to see Saka bump those numbers up further. Despite West Ham having a squad that is almost at full strength, we see Saka causing bedlam down his side of the pitch.
Vladimir Coufal to be Shown a Card
Vladimir Coufal has found his way into the referee’s book on four occasions this season so far. He’s committed just 20 fouls so far, but with all of the attacking prowess that Arsenal possess there will definitely be mistimed challenges and opportunities for Coufal to get himself into trouble. The heat of a London Derby could get to him and it’s a nice way to bump up our Bet Builder with a fifth card of the campaign for the Czech.
