Saturday 12.30pm: Manchester United v Everton TV: BT Sport
It’s a good game isn’t it?! I was speaking with a few Evertonian’s and they were telling me that they always do well at Old Trafford, but Everton have only won 2 of the last 18 meetings between the two sides which is not great really.
Manchester United on the other hand have been struggling to score goals. They beat Brentford at home midweek with Marcus Rashford scoring again. That was their first win and first goal in four premier league games. So, all has not gone particularly well for them but it was a massive win.
And Everton just getting that goal during the week could be all important. Micheal Keane’s last minute equaliser against Spurs obviously revitalised everybody but their top goal scorer is Demarai Gray with only four premier league goals.
You cant see a lot of goals in this Everton side. The three home wins they’ve had under Sean Dyche have all been 1-0 win’s which isn’t great. So there’s not a lot of goals in this side.
I think that this will be a Man United victory and it’s hard to even see Everton scoring.
I would expect United to pick up where they left off during the week. As I’ve mentioned Everton don’t score a lot of goals and their previous record here is poor so I’d expect Man United to win this game comfortably.
Marcus Rashford (Anytime Goalscorer)
Whats he got 28 goals now?! He’s had a phenomenal season so far. Going from one great thing to another. So I’d expect him to find the net this weekend.
Bruno Fernandes 1+ SOT
United should be pressing on at Old Trafford and Bruno like a shot from outside the box. He’s worth a punt in our Bet Builder.
Man Utd Over 6.5 Corners
Keeping with my expectation of United pressing at home to get the three points, I’d expect them to rack up the corner tally. I’m going for Man United over 6.5 corners this weekend.
