7.45pm: Napoli v AC Milan – Napoli Win & Over 1.5 Goals

TV: BT Sport 1 and BT Sport Ultimate

Napoli’s procession towards the Serie A title continues against the stuttering AC Milan at the Diego Maradona on Sunday evening. Gli Azzurri are 19 points clear at the top of the table while Milan are 4th and now face a battle to cling on to their precious Champions League spot.

The home side have racked up 23 wins, two draws and two losses this term. Milan have accrued the same number of negative results over their last four matches in all competitions.

Obviously Stefano Pioli’s team are a decent outfit but there’s nothing to suggest anything over than a home win here. Napoli alone have scored two or more goals in 10 of their last 11 games so we can add a little bit of juice with Napoli to Win and Over 1.5 Goals.

7.45pm: Paris St-Germain v Lyon – BTTS & Over 2.5 Goals

TV: BT Sport 3

To France where Lyon head to the capital to tackle Paris St-Germain. PSG are top of the pile but all’s not well in the champions’ camp with discontent from the stands as they lost 2-0 last time out to Rennes. They are still six points clear of Marseille in second and will expect to beat Lyon who are 10th.

PSG had won four on the bounce before the international break and most of their poor results this term have come on the road. Lyon have racked up three straight draws but had four wins, a draw and a loss in the six games before that.

PSG will probably win this but they’re too short to back. Instead I’ll side with Both Teams To Score And Over 2.5 Goals. Both teams have scored in six of Lyon’s last seven with Over 2.5 Goals in five of those. For PSG, BTTS has clicked in seven of their last nine and Overs the same number.

8pm: Atletico Madrid v Real Betis – Betis and The Draw

TV: LaLigaTV and Viaplay Xtra

La Liga’s up next and we’ve got Atletico Madrid v Real Betis on the menu. Atleti are in their traditional 3rd spot but Betis are two places and six points behind them. This, then, is a huge game in the top-four race.

Atletico were pretty poor by their own standards in the first half of the season but they’ve hit their straps now and have gone 10 games unbeaten in La Liga, winning seven and drawing three.

Betis are in decent nick themselves and are on a run of four wins and two draws in their last six, one of which came against Real Madrid. I think there might be value in backing Real Betis and The Draw Double Chance here.

Atleti are huge favourites for this game but Betis are certainly no pushovers. You know Diego Simeone is going to set out for a point here, given what’s at stake. Both of these are solid enough at the back and this could be a shake-hands, take the 0-0, and live to fight another day kind of game.

8.30pm: Porto v Portimonense – Porto win 1-0, 2-0 or 3-0

We round off our Sunday night acca in Portugal where Porto are overwhelming favourites at home to Portimonense so we might have to go searching for something resembling a bit of value here. The hosts are second in the league and face huge task to overhaul leaders Benfica who are 10 points clear.

Portimonense are 14th and have a positive 10-point cushion between themselves and the drop zone. The biggest thing up for grabs here is Porto making sure they keep hold of second spot and the final Champions League place.

How to play this, then? Portimonense have lost 10 of their last 13 league matches so there’s no chance of an upset. They don’t often get battered (haven’t conceded more than two in their last seven) but they also hardly-ever score as well. They’ve notched just two goals in their last six with both coming in a single game.

Porto have won 11 of their last 14 in the league and should take this at a canter. Even Porto to Win to Nil is probably too short so I like Porto to win 1-0, 2-0 or 3-0 in the correct score combinations market.
