With the Europa League back in full swing and two London clubs both in action, we thought it would only be right if we tried something a little bit different. I’ll be providing not one, not two, but three multi-match Bet Builders for this game, of varying prices covering both of these matches.

West Ham to Win
It’s not often that you’ll see me recommend backing West Ham, and they’ve given us good reason with how unpredictable and poor they’ve been all year. Still reeling from their 4-0 drubbing against Brighton at the weekend, they’ll be looking to find a way to bounce back. What better way to rebound back from a tough loss than by battering a team that currently sits second in the Cypriot first division – a league that chewed up and spat out both Mick McCarthy & former Man Utd left back Alexander Buttner in a matter of weeks.
Both Teams to Score, No
Despite the fact that they’ve had a few big losses this season, West Ham have conceded the ninth fewest goals in the Premier League this season, conceding less than both Man Utd and Tottenham Hotspur. We’re betting that David Moyes has steadied the ship a little, and that the Hammers will knock out a win to nil in Cyprus on Thursday night.
Arsenal to Win
Arsenal have been terrific this season and we expect nothing less from them in the Europa League too. Sporting have lost just two games in their last 10, both losses coming against rivals Porto, however, the quality that Arsenal have at their disposal partnered with the grit they managed to show nabbing that comeback against Bournemouth on Saturday, would lead us to back Arsenal here.
Player to have 1 or More Shots On Target – Bukayo Saka
Golden boy Bukayo Saka is always good for a shot on target, and he’s a man who always rises to the occasion. We’d expect to see him make a big impact on this game, commanding his side of the pitch and putting pressure on Sporting defender Matheus Reis causing general bedlam in the defence.

We can imagine seeing goals in this game, primarily on the part of West Ham, but it’s nice to have a bit of back up in case AEK manage to sneak one past Alphonse Areola. Over 1.5 the shout here.
Danny Ings to Score First
Former Liverpool and Southampton man Danny Ings has found form again since arriving from Aston Villa in January. He’s scored twice since arriving, with just seven shots taken in total. Ings is at a great price to get himself a goal in this one and we think he’ll be the man to open this game up.
Issahaku Fatawu to be Shown a Card
This man is going to be left responsible for shepherding Bukayo Saka around the pitch all evening long, he is going to be destined for trouble. Even if he can manage Saka, he’ll have to contend with Martin Odegaard as Fatawu occupies the left wingback position, leaving him between two of the Premier League’s leading stars, and we reckon he’s destined to find his way into the referee’s book, as they run rings around him.

West Ham to Win
We covered this one above, West Ham need a win and they’re up against a team that they are more than capable of beating inside 90 minutes.
Larnaca to Receive the Most Cards
With West Ham expected to spend most of the game with the ball, and in attacking positions, we’d imagine that Larnaca are going to just be a little below the pace in the timings of their tackles on their Premier League opponents. This should do enough to get them booked more than the Hammers overall.
Danny Ings to Score Anytime
Danny Ings will have an impact on this game. There’s no doubt about it. He’s taken his chances since arriving in West London, and we expect to see the same on Thursday night. He’s got bundles of talent, and should be able to cause bedlam in that AEK defence.
Martin Odegaard to Score or Assist
Martin Odegaard is playing in a slightly wider position now than he has done previously for Arsenal but it hasn’t stifled his final product at all. He’s netted himself nine goals and six assists so far on the year, but surprisingly has not managed to have any goals or assists in the Europa League this season.
However, as the stakes on the season rise, we expect to see his output do the same, and to see him either creating or scoring away to Sporting.
Under 12.5 Corners
Despite Saturday’s outlier, where Arsenal managed to get themselves 17 corners in total, we’re expecting Sporting to provide us with a more balanced match overall here. There have been Under 12.5 corners in In seven of Arsenal’s eight previous games. We expect to see the trend continue.
Sporting Lisbon to Receive the Most Cards
Sporting will be under immense pressure for 90 minutes in this one. With how well Arsenal have managed to play this season, Sporting will have a huge task in trying to keep everything contained, especially with some young players at the back. Arsenal have been quite disciplined overall this season, with Bukayo Saka interestingly enough being their most booked player.
Over 3.5 Cards
Arsenal average about 10 fouls conceded per game on average, but win themselves around 13 free kicks in total per game. With Sporting set up to counter attack, and Arsenal boasting Granit Xhaka, there’ll be great opportunity to see some bookings in this game, especially as the Lisbon back five try to handle Arsenal’s plethora of attacking options.
