Saturday 12.30pm: West Ham v Chelsea

TV: BT Sport

This is a great game to kick off the weekend, 12.30pm on Saturday, West Ham v Chelsea – it’s a hard one to call, it really is. The two teams, when you look at the stats, are not doing great.

West Ham have won only one of their last nine in the Premier League and that was against a struggling Everton side. They’ve lost four of their last five at home in all competitions. Their leading goal scorer, Jarrod Bowen, has scored only four goals.

Chelsea have no win in six away Premier League games, losing three of them. Their last two games have been 0-0. Neither of these two are great in the goal-scoring charts and Chelsea have won just one of their last six in the Premier League.

This is going to be tight. I am going for a very, very narrow Chelsea win. I’m going for 2-1 to Chelsea, I’m really pushing the boat out with the goals the way these two have been of late, and I’m going for Mason Mount to Score Anytime. It was between him and Kai Havertz but I do fancy Mount in this game.

Saturday 5.30pm: Bournemouth v Newcastle

TV: Sky Sports

Newcastle are still in great form but Bournemouth are struggling, they’ve lost nine of their last 11 in the Premier League. They’ve got the worst defence in the Premier League and they’ve conceded 19 goals from set plays. That’s seven more than anyone else in the division so they’re struggling at the moment.

Newcastle have drawn four of their last five in the Premier League with three 0-0 draws in there. Those 0-0s tell a story. They’re fantastic in defence, they’ve conceded just three in their last 12 Premier League games, they’re on a fantastic 16-game unbeaten run.

I do fancy Newcastle to Win this relatively comfortably. I’m going for Callum Wilson to Score Anytime. I think he’s been in really good form, I think he should have probably got more goals of late, so it’s Wilson to Score Anytime and for Newcastle to Win 2-0.

Sunday 2pm: Leeds v Manchester United

TV: Sky Sports

There’s a lot of history in this game. You think Liverpool v Manchester United’s got a lot of history in it, Leeds v Manchester United is the same. I found it quite incredible on Wednesday when we couldn’t see these two play on the telly.

But what a game it was for Leeds, I know it ended 2-2 but it still felt like a little bit of a victory for them but they’ve no win now in eight Premier League games. They’ve won only one of their last eight home league games.

I fancy that Manchester United will have been hurt by what happened a few days ago at Old Trafford. They’re still on a good run and they’ve won 13 of their last 16 in all competitions so I think Manchester United will come out victorious in this game at Elland Road.

I’m going for Manchester United to Win 2-0. Marcus Rashford has done me proud in the last few weeks. I’m going to stick with Rashford to Score Anytime, he’s been in great form.

Sunday 4.30pm: Manchester City v Aston Villa

TV: Sky Sports

Manchester City need to show some improvement and I think Pep Guardiola might be able to use that loss to Tottenham last time out. It’s not often that we can say Pep will use a siege mentality but it seems that way, it’s been a bad week for them all round, hasn’t it?

They’ve actually lost four of their last 12 Premier League games, you wouldn’t think that is the case with Manchester City, but they’ve won 16 of 18 home games in all competitions. They’re the only side who’ve scored in every Premier League game, so they’re not doing bad and they’re not a bad side!

Aston Villa are on a bit of a resurgence at the minute but I just don’t see them getting anything from this game. They’ve had a couple of decent victories under Unai Emery and have won six of their last 10 in the top flight and all three of their most recent games away from home.

I don’t fancy them to get anything here, though. I think Manchester City will respond in a big way and Villa are probably thinking, ‘Why is it us going to The Etihad at this moment in time!?’ It’ll be a comfortable City victory. I’m going for City to Win 3-0 with Erling Haaland to Score Anytime.
