22- ACCA CRACKER - NEW CAP 1024

7:45pm: Luton v Cardiff – Luton to Win and Over 1.5 Goals

We’ve got some EFL action to get stuck into on Tuesday night and first up is Luton v Cardiff in the Championship, which sees seventh host 21st.

Cardiff interim-manager Dean Whitehead has lost both of his games in charge since replacing Mark Hudson. They were hammered at Leeds in the FA Cup before losing 1-0 at home against Millwall on Saturday.

The Bluebirds’ last win came in November and they face an uphill task at Luton, who have impressed this season. Luton have won four of their last five and they’ve scored at least twice in all of those outings.

We like the look of Luton to Win but we’re also going to add in Over 1.5 Goals to boost the odds.

7:45pm: Crewe v Stockport – Under 2.5 Goals

Next up is Crewe v Stockport in League Two. Crewe are unbeaten in their last three but they’re struggling this season in 18th place. They’ve won seven, drawn nine and lost eight of their 24 games.

Stockport are in town but their form has dipped in recent weeks. They’ve won just one of their last four games and they come into this on the back of their 1-0 defeat at AFC Wimbledon last weekend.

While Stockport should win, the odds aren’t worth getting behind. Instead, we’re looking at the goals market – and we like Under 2.5 Goals.

The selection has landed in all of Stockport’s last five games and in four of Crewe’s last five outings. Stockport’s games average 2.3 goals per fixture, while Crewe’s average is two. Let’s hope that continues!

7:45pm: Salford v Walsall – Both Teams to Score

We’re sticking with League Two as Salford in fifth host 14th-placed Walsall.

Salford were unbeaten in three (won two, drawn one) before their surprise 3-2 defeat at Crawley on Saturday, meaning Neil Wood’s men are now seven points off Northampton in third.

They’ll be desperate to bounce back but they face a Walsall side who have found form in recent weeks. They’ve won three of their last five with their only defeat coming against Stockport in December.

It seems too tough to predict a winner so we’re siding with Both Teams to Score, which has landed in four of Salford’s last five league games. Both teams have netted in three of Walsall’s last four outings too so it seems a smart selection.

7:45pm: Carlisle v Barrow – Carlisle to Win

Our final selection for Tuesday’s acca comes in Carlisle v Barrow. The home side can move into third ahead of Northampton with a win against Barrow in ninth.

Carlisle have won four of their last five and averaged two goals per game in that timeframe so they’re full of confidence.

It won’t be easy against Barrow, however, the away side have dipped recently. They’ve won just one of their last five and they’ve scored twice in their previous four matches.

We’re backing Carlisle to Win as the home side look to continue their fine form at Brunton Park. They’ve lost just once at home this season, with Carlisle winning seven and drawing five of their 13 games.
