The FA Cup weekend could mean some of the game’s top stars are given the weekend off to rest up ahead of the return of the Premier League.

But there’s no such break in action for our champion tipster Phil Thompson.

Fresh off landing a huge 19/1 Bet Builder on Arsenal v Man Utd last weekend – along with correctly predicting the 3-2 score line at the Emirates at 20/1 – our punting prince is back with three picks for his FA Cup treble for Saturday’s 3pm kick-offs.

WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!

The top flight’s leading lights are playing all over the weekend as the TV companies nab their piece of the pie, but one side have snuck into Thommo’s treble, along with two fierce Championship rivals flying high at the top of the table.

So without further ado, take it away, Phil…

There’s seven games at 3pm, and the first side I fancy are Fulham. They’ve done so well since promotion and can book their place in the fifth round by seeing off Sunderland at Craven Cottage.

The other two sides are two big Lancashire rivals – Burnley and Blackburn. The Clarets are on their way back to the Premier League after racing clear at the top of the table. They beat Bournemouth away in the last round and get through here too away at Ipswich of League One.

Blackburn host Birmingham in an all-Championship tie, and I really fancy them to get over the line.

And that’s my 3pm treble…

Fulham to beat Sunderland
Burnley to win at Ipswich
Blackburn to beat Birmingham

A treble with these bets pays at approximately 6/1 with Paddy Power. CLICK HERE TO ADD IT TO YOUR BETSLIP
