Saturday 12.30pm: Wolves v Manchester United

TV: BT Sport 1 and BT Sport Ultimate

Manchester United are still on a roll, they’ve won seven of their last eight games in all competitions, a run that obviously goes back beyond the World Cup break. They’ve lost just one of 13 as well so they’re in good form.

I think the removal of Cristiano Ronaldo will serve them well but what do we make of Wolves? They beat Everton with that 95th minute goal. Before that they’d taken just one point from five Premier League games so their form has not been great.

They’re coming up against a resurgent Manchester United and I can see no more than a Manchester United victory. I’ll go with Marcus Rashford in the goal-scorer markets, I think he’s been in great form.

I don’t know, they won’t say it, but I think it’s been a big boost for him with Ronaldo being left out of the side and now leaving the club. I think it’ll be Rashford to Score Anytime in a 2-0 win for Manchester United.

Saturday 5.30pm: Brighton v Arsenal

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

These are two sides in form and Brighton had a good win against Southampton. Before that they’d lost and drawn so it was nice for them to get back on it with a bit of south-coast bragging rights.

Coming up against Arsenal it’s hard to see them getting anything. Arsenal went a goal down against West Ham and still came through and they’re the only side to have scored in every Premier League game so you do fancy them to score.

Since they lost at Old Trafford on September the 4th they’ve dropped just two points from nine games so they’re flying but I think this will be tight and I’m going for Both Teams to Score but for Arsenal to come out victorious. 2-1 to Arsenal for me and Gabriel Martinelli to Score Anytime.

Sunday 2pm: Tottenham v Aston Villa

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

Will Spurs go behind again? They’ve trailed in each of their last six Premier League games, they’re the comeback kings this season! They were 2-0 down against Brentford last time, got a draw out of it, and they’ve scored the most Premier League goals from set pieces with 10 of them being from corners.

What do we make of Aston Villa? Against Liverpool I don’t think they were great, they had good spells. Ollie Watkins posed a threat and prior to the World Cup he’s scored two in his last three games but they don’t fill you with hope in this one.

I do expect Spurs will win it. They’ve got to get this monkey off their back of going behind in games. I think Spurs will win this comfortably 3-1. Harry Kane is your most likely goal scorer. You look at them, without Richarlison playing, there’s only Harry Kane who you’d put your money on so it’s Kane to Score Anytime.

Sunday 4.30pm: Nottingham Forest v Chelsea

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

I see this as being a Chelsea win. Have Forest had their little bit or a good spell prior to the World Cup? They didn’t want the Premier League to stop because they’d won three games in all competitions before that and then they go and have that loss against Manchester United.

They’ve conceded 33 goals, only Bournemouth on 34 have conceded more and they, as we know, conceded nine against Liverpool. Chelsea looked a bit better against Bournemouth which was their first win in five Premier League games.

I do see Chelsea winning this and I think they’ll keep a clean sheet so it’s Chelsea to Win 2-0 for me. In terms of a goals corer the one I like is Mason Mount. Kai Havertz and Mount scored against Bournemouth. A lot of these players who are coming back from the World Cup will hit the ground running and I think Mount will Score Anytime.
