Monday 12.30pm: Brentford v Tottenham

TV: Amazon Prime Video

Tottenham have lost three of their last five in the Premier League. They have been the comeback kings, they’ve given away a lot of two-goal starts so there is a little bit of mettle in Antonio Conte’s side.

They were losing three times against Leeds last time out and ended up winning 4-3 very, very late on. Brentford hadn’t won an away game in the Premier League all season then they went and beat Manchester City!

It seems like that was six months ago but it was five weeks ago. It was a hell of a result for Brentford. All the games this weekend, with the restart and because it’s never happened before, makes it tricky. Go easy on me guys!

But I do fancy Spurs to Win this one and I do fancy Harry Kane to Score Anytime. I thought he had a very, very good World Cup. I think Spurs will win but it’s going to be tight, 2-1 to Spurs.

Monday 5.30pm: Aston Villa v Liverpool

TV: Amazon Prime Video

Liverpool had lost three of their last seven in the Premier League so it’s not all been plain sailing. But, obviously, sitting here on Merseyside it looks like they’ve done a lot of work on the training pitch and I do think Liverpool will get back to winning ways.

Villa will make it hard. Unai Emery’s had a fantastic start, two wins in the league, it’s looking brighter for them. I do fancy Liverpool to come up trumps in this one.

I’ll go 2-0 to Liverpool, I do think they’ll keep a clean sheet, and I’m going for Mo Salah to Score Anytime. I looked at him in the friendlies they played over the international break and he looked hot.

Monday 8pm: Arsenal v West Ham

TV: Amazon Prime Video

West Ham have been struggling this season and they lost 2-0 at home to Leicester last time out. They’ve only got one win in their last five in all competitions and they’ve lost their last three in the Premier League. They would have enjoyed this break and it’s allowed David Moyes to put a bit of work in.

But, what about Arsenal? They’ll be hoping they can pick up where they left off because it was quite sensational. I am going for Arsenal to Win this, they will be top of the table at Christmas. In the Premier League they’re the only side to have scored in every game so that’s something.

I do expect Both Teams to Score and I’m going for 3-1 to Arsenal. Gabriel Jesus being out will be a big miss for them so I’m going for Bukayo Saka to Score Anytime, another one who had a very good World Cup for England.

Tuesday 8pm: Chelsea v Bournemouth

TV: Amazon Prime Video

What do we make of Chelsea because it’s not been good since the change of ownership. Last time out they got beat 1-0 by Newcastle which is no shock these days, is it, because Newcastle have been very good.

They’ve lost four of their last five games in all competitions, Chelsea, and they’ve no win in five Premier League games. Dare I say it, I think they’ll turn that around playing against Bournemouth who have been up and down themselves.

They did have two massive wins against Everton, one in the Carabao Cup and one in the league, scoring seven goals. They’d lost four on the trot until those wins over Everton.

I’m going for Chelsea to Win this, I can’t see them scoring a bagful of goals, I’m going for a slender 1-0 home win. I’m going for Mason Mount to Score it.

Wednesday 8pm: Leeds v Manchester City

TV: Amazon Prime Video

It’s not nice when you go into a break on the back of a defeat. Manchester City getting beat against Brentford absolutely smashed all bets that weekend! They’d won four on the bounce before that.

Leeds, in their last two games, have been involved in seven-goal thrillers, coming out on top once and losing to Spurs once. They’d conceded seven and scored seven. If they’re going to be that open at the back City will make hay.

I don’t think it will be as clear cut as many, maybe. I’ll go 2-0 to City. Erling Haaland’s on my list here, it’s Haaland to Score Anytime. He’s made a lot of people a lot of money, I know he’ll be short, but you can rely on Haaland.
