12:30: Celtic v St Johnstone – Celtic to Win and Both Teams to Score
We won a 9/1 Bet Builder earlier this week thanks to Rangers’ comeback at Aberdeen and we’ve got some Christmas Eve action to get stuck into as the busy festive period gets underway.
First up is Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic, who host fifth-placed St Johnstone. Celtic have won 16 of their 17 league games this season and they’re well clear of Rangers at the top of the table, however, they’ve conceded a goal in four of their last five outings.
St Johnstone, meanwhile, are unbeaten in their last five (won three, drawn two) and they’ve scored in every game during that spell.
We like the look of Celtic to Win and Both Teams to Score at a decent price.

12:30: St Mirren v Aberdeen – Over 2.5 Goals
Next up is St Mirren v Aberdeen in the other early kick off. Aberdeen, who are third in the league, come into this one on the back of consecutive defeats against Celtic and Rangers. They had a 2-1 lead against Rangers, however, they conceded twice in added time and ended up losing 3-2.
The Dons will be desperate to bounce back, however, their home form is poor. They’ve lost five of their eight games on the road, winning just two outings.
St Mirren are solid at home and they’re unbeaten in their last five. They’ve only been beaten once at home this season. The result seems too tough to call so we’re getting behind Over 2.5 Goals.
It’s landed in four of St Mirren’s last five games and there have been three or more goals in Aberdeen’s last five away games.

14:00: Dundee Utd v Hearts – Hearts to Win
With the first two selections hopefully ticked off, we’ll turn our attention to the 2pm games – and first up is Dundee Utd v Hearts.
Dundee Utd are bottom of the league having lost ten of their 16 games. They’ve also conceded 31 goals in the process.
Hearts are fourth in the league and they’ve won three of their last five games, with their only defeat coming against Rangers.
They’ll be desperate to secure three points against the worst defence in the league. Hearts to Win makes sense.
14:00: Hibernian v Livingston – Both Teams to Score
Finally, we’re checking out Hibernian v Livingston, which sees eighth host sixth. While Hibs are the odds-on favourites to win this, it looks like a game that could go either way. Therefore, we’re hunting for goals and we’ve landed on Both Teams to Score.
Both teams have netted four of Hibs’ last five games, while Livingston’s last four games have seen the selection land. Let’s hope that continues!
