7pm: Getafe v Athletic Bilbao – Athletic Bilbao to Win

TV: La Liga TV

Getafe have won just two of their La Liga games so far this season and look to be in trouble. They had recently won two games but since then have drawn one and lost both of their most recently played games. At the Coliseum Alfonso Perez they’ve played five league games so far, winning just one, drawing one and losing three, scoring four, in two games only, and conceding eight.

Bilbao have won three of their last five, drawing one and losing one and over their three away league games this campaign have won two and drawn one, netting nine and conceding two. The hosts are in bad shape and things don’t look like improving soon, the visitors have the value here.

7.30pm: Brighton v Nottingham Forest – Brighton to Win 1-0, 2-0 or 3-0

TV: Amazon Prime

Since Graham Potter moved north to take the reins at Chelsea the Seagulls have drawn one and lost two, failing to score in two of those matches. Over their last five matches they’ve won just one, drawing one and losing three but we must note that their home Premier League form this season has been good with two wins, one draw and one loss and they’ll be banking on that good form at the Amex to get over the line against Forest.

The travelling side are bottom of the league and are enduring a run of seven games without a win now, losing four and drawing one of their last five while on their excursions have the same record of results, scoring just one goal while conceding 14. The hosts should come out on top here against a team very low on confidence; one that isn’t scoring on the road too so we’re backing Brighton to Win 1-0, 2-0 or 3-0.

7.45pm: Norwich v Luton – Both Teams to Score

TV: Sky Sports Red Button

The Canaries are flying high again in the Championship currently perched in third position in the table. However, looks can be deceiving and the hosts have won just one of their last five matches in the league, drawing two and losing two. At Carrow Road their league stats are much better with three wins, one draw and one loss with 11 goals scored and six against.

Luton are seventh in the league standings but are one of the form teams in the Championship, winning three of their last five fixtures, drawing the other two while on their travels have won three, drawn one and lost one, scoring six and conceding three. Norwich are expected to win here but their recent form suggests otherwise and with both teams in good goal-scoring form the better bet for this one is Both Teams to Score.

8pm: Atletico Madrid v Rayo Vallecano: Atletico Madrid to Win & Over 1.5 Goals

TV: Free Sports

While much has been made of Atletico’s struggles this season, they’ve pretty much been consigned to their Champions League exploits, in the league they’ve won six, drawn one and lost just two over their nine games. Over their last five in all competitions they’ve won three, drawn one and lost one while in La Liga have won four and lost one while at the Wanda Metropolitano have won two and lost two over their four home league fixtures so far.

Rayo have won two, drawn one and lost two over their last five La Liga clashes while on the road have won one, drawn one and lost all of their last three away games in-a-row. They’ve not won away to Atletico since way back in 2001 and over their last five meetings they’ve lost all five with an aggregate score of 10-1. The hosts though aren’t as strong at the back as they once were, keeping just two clean sheets over their last five in the league and keeping none over their four home games this season. The visitors have scored in five of their last six and in four of their last five on the road so you’d expect them to score here but let’s cover ourselves just in case they don’t, we’re going with Atletico to Win & Over 1.5 goals.

8.15pm: Crystal Palace v Wolves – Under 2.5 Goals

TV: Amazon Prime

Neither side are exactly in the best of shape of late although Palace are at least not losing as many as Wolves, the hosts have won just one of their last five in the Premier League, drawing three and losing one. At Selhurst Park, the Eagles have won two, drawn one and lost two, scoring seven and conceding seven.

Wolves have won two and lost three of their last five in the league but their away form has been terrible with one draw and four losses to their name over their last five games on the road where they scored just one goal and conceded either. Only four games from their last combined 10 home/away games have seen Over 2.5 goals and it’s not landed in any of their last four meetings since 2018. We’re backing Unders here.
