WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!

Friday 8pm: Brentford v Brighton

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

This is a great game to kick us off and I was a bit surprised that Brighton lost to Tottenham last time. They’ve only lost five of the last 23 games away from home and they’ve got the best Premier League defence, along with a couple of others, with nine conceded.

Brentford, what do we make of them? They lost 5-1 at Newcastle last week so you wonder how the confidence will be. But they’ve not lost back-to-back Premier League games since last February.

Brighton won this one home and away last season so I’m going for Brighton to Win this one and I do think Both Teams will Score as well. Leandro Trossard destroyed my Liverpool team a few weeks ago, scoring a hat-trick, so I’m going for Trossard to Score Anytime.

Saturday 12:30pm: Leicester v Crystal Palace

TV: BT Sport 1

It’s woeful for Leicester at the moment, isn’t it? My goodness, what’s gone wrong there? They’ve got the worst defence in the division, conceding 25 goals. They’ve lost seven of the last eight Premier League games. It’s just torrid for Brendan Rodgers and his Leicester side.

Crystal Palace, they got their first win in five last week against Leeds so they’ll be feeling a little bit better in the dressing room. Get this; Wilfried Zaha has scored more goals against Leicester than any other side. You can see where I’m going with this! I’m going for Palace to win with Both Teams to Score and for Zaha to Score Anytime.

Saturday 5.30pm: Tottenham v Everton

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

It’s an intriguing game. Everton have been on a good run and Spurs have been in fine form. They’ve score 20 goals so far this season, Spurs, which 11 more than at the same stage last season. That’s a massive difference and they’ve won their last seven at home.

Harry Kane Tottenham

As for Everton, they were on a really good run until that defeat against Manchester United but they’ve got that joint-best defence in the Premier League. Spurs won this game 5-0 last season and Spurs have lost just one of their last 19 meetings with Everton.

Spurs are very much in favour here. I’m going for Spurs to Win to Nil. Harry Kane might be the obvious choice but we’re here to win money and he does do the job each week! I’m going for Harry Kane to Score Anytime again.

Sunday 2pm: Aston Villa v Chelsea

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

Aston Villa are taking little baby steps at the moment because they’re unbeaten in their last four but they’ve drawn three of them. I know things are not going well for Steven Gerrard and they’ve only scored seven goals. It’s the top end where they’re struggling and only Wolves have scored fewer.

Chelsea are unbeaten in their five games under Graham Potter and are doing really well. They’ve won each of their last three Premier League games but they’ve lost two of four away games this season.

Chelsea won both of these games last season and they scored three in each so I’m going for Chelsea to Win. I nearly went for Mason Mount but I’ll go fore Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, he’s in great form and scored in the Champions League during the week so it’s Aubameyang to Score Anytime.

Sunday 4.30pm: Liverpool v Manchester City

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

I really think Liverpool will turn it on, it is a massive game. They’re always wonderful games with Manchester City but Liverpool have only had two wins this season; Bournemouth and Newcastle. Liverpool have conceded the opening goal in 10 of the last 12 Premier League games which is just absolutely astonishing but they’re unbeaten in 27 Premier League games at home.

As for City it’s records galore! 22 away games unbeaten in the Premier League which is a club record and they’ve scored at least two goals in 17 of their last 18 Premier League games. That’s quite astonishing!

Both of these games last season were drawn and both exactly the same – Desmond 2-2. I am going for a repeat of that, I do think there will be goals in this one and I’ll go for 2-2 again.

You don’t need to ask about a Manchester City scorer it’s Erling Haaland to Score Anytime and it always pays dividends! I was going to go for Mo Salah for Liverpool but I think it has to be Roberto Firmino to Score Anytime, he’s in fine form.
