Thursday’s football has us delving for value in the Europa and Europa Conference League. We’ve gone through all of the fixtures involving the British and Irish teams and have noticed there’s some decent Both Teams to Score trends for all involved. Roma v Betis has also made the list. As such we’ve dug into the markets to get the best value in the BTTS markets and found a very tasty-looking five-fold Acca. Let’s get stuck in.

WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!

5.45pm: Anderlecht v West Ham – BTTS

TV: BT Sport 2

Both sides coming into this game will be glad for the break from their collective underwhelming league performances this season. Anderlecht have won two, drawn one and lost two of their five most recently played fixtures and share the same results at Lotto Park. Their scoring record is better at home though; scoring seven while conceding five.

West Ham have won three and lost two over their last five fixtures, scoring nine while conceding six. Away from home the Hammers have also won three and lost two, scoring eight while conceding five. With both teams averaging well above a goal a game and conceding one a game too we have to go with a straight forward Both Teams to Score bet here.

5.45pm: Molde v Shamrock Rovers – Both Teams To Score? no

TV: BT Sport ESPN

Molde and Shamrock Rovers are coming towards the end of their respective seasons, the Swedish side have 24 league games under their belt while Rovers have played 31 Premier Division games to date. The hosts are in the better form of the pair though it must be said, they’ve won three of their last five matches, drawing one and losing one while at the Aker Stadion have also won three, drawn one and lost one, scoring 10 while conceding just two.

Shamrock Rovers have won two of their last five games, drawing two (losing one in Extra Time) and losing one. Away from home Stephen Brady’s side haven’t been doing well, winning just one of their last five matches on the road, drawing two (losing one in ET) and losing two, scoring four goals and conceding eight but failed to find the back of the net in three of those five.

Indeed, they’ve failed to score in five of their last eight away matches. With the home side keeping four clean sheets over their last six at the Aker and Rovers failing to hit the target consistently of late we have to go with Both Teams To Score? No here.

8pm: Arsenal v Bodo/Glimt – Arsenal Win & BTTS

TV: BT Sport 2

Arsenal are very short odds to beat the current Norwegian champions at the Emirates on Thursday night. The Gunners are in mighty form of late, winning four of their last five fixtures, losing the other one, scoring 11 while conceding six. On home turf they’ve played four games so far this season, winning all of them and scoring 11 while conceding five with Both Teams To Score and Over 2.5 goals landing in all four of those matches.

The market odds indicate a 57% chance of Both Teams To Score landing but we think it’s actually higher. Bodo have won two, drawn two and lost one of their last five fixtures with BTTS landing in all five and Overs in three and on their recent excursions have won two, drawn one and lost two, scoring 10 while conceding nine with Both Teams To Score landing in three. A Both Teams To Score bet looks good then but the hosts will surely emerge victorious at full time.

8pm: Roma v Betis – Both Teams To Score, No Draw

TV: BT Sport ESPN

Jose Mourinho’s Roma come into their Europa League Group C match as odds-on favourites but both sides share pretty similar form. The hosts have won three and lost two of their last five fixtures while at the Stadio Olimpico have won three and lost one of their four games this season, scoring seven and conceding just one.

Betis have won four of their last five matches, losing the other one, scoring a healthy eight while conceding four. On their away jaunts they’ve won two and lost two this season, scoring five and conceding four. The Romans have an impressive record of clean sheets at home, four over their last five, but in Europe they’ve conceded in four of their last six played at home.

With both teams in robust goal-scoring form, Both Teams To Score looks nailed on here. But we can extract some more value here; we’ve seen zero draws over their collective home/away games this season and none over their last 10 overall clashes too. Both Teams To Score, No Draw is the way to go here.

8pm: Hearts v Fiorentina – Both Teams To Score? No

TV: BT Sport 3

Serie A side Fiorentina are pretty short odds to take the victory in their Conference League Group A match against Hearts. Neither side are in good shape though, the hosts have won just two of their last five matches, losing the other three and at Tynecastle Park have won just one of their last five, losing the other four, scoring three goals, all coming in one game however, and conceding 12.

The visitors have won one, drawn one and lost three over their last five respective fixtures while on their travels have won none of their last five, drawing one and losing four, scoring just one goal and conceding seven. This one won’t be a classic and it’s hard to see many goals here. We’re backing Both Teams To Score? No
