7.45pm: Juventus v Bologna – Bologna and The Draw

TV: BT Sport 1

There’s no better way to see out the weekend than by plonking yourself in front of the telly and taking in some European footy so let’s take a look at three of the biggest games and put together a tasty treble. We start in Serie A with Juventus hosting Bologna.

WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!

The Old Lady have carried their middling form from last season over to this and have started slowly with just two wins, four draws and a loss from their opening seven games. They’re 8th and are only four points above Bologna who are 16th and have one win, three draws and three losses.

Juve suffered a shock loss to Serie A minnows Monza last time out and they’ll surely come out all-guns blazing here, seeking their first win in four matches. But looking at the form you just can’t back them to get it. It might feel like a bit of a risk but I think the price on Bologna and The Draw Double Chance is good enough to take on if Juve are below par again, especially when these two’s love of a stalemate is factored in.

7.45pm: Lens v Lyon – Lens to Win

TV: BT Sport 2

It’s a short hop across the border to France’s Ligue 1 next where Lyon head to Lens for a 4th v 7th clash. Lens are going great guns and are undefeated this season, winning five and drawing three.

Lyon, on the other hand, have lost their last three after winning four and drawing one of their opening five. International breaks to funny things to teams but, on recent form alone, we have to be on the Lens Win.

In Lyon’s defence they have had a tough run of games but they’ve been losing to the better-performing French teams. Lens certainly fit into that category at the moment so at a good price I think it’s worth siding with that run to continue, especially with our lads having home advantage.

8pm: Real Madrid v Osasuna – Real to Win & BTTS

TV: Premier Sports 2 and LaLigaTV

Osasuna are the next team to surely fall beneath the Real Madrid Juggernaut as they head to the Bernabeu on Sunday night. Los Blancos have won nine out of nine in all competitions this term and are top of the table. Osasuna have been enjoying a brilliant start themselves and are 5th in La Liga with four wins and two losses from their six matches.

There’s nothing to suggest they’ll get anything from this trip to the capital because Real just look imperious at the moment. The thing is, they have been conceding and both teams have netted in all six of their league matches so far.

With the hosts massive favourites we can bolt Both Teams to Score onto the Real Madrid win to juice the price up a hell of a lot. Osasuna, for their part, have scored in 66% of their games this season and will fancy their chances of getting one against a side who have conceded in every match. Real Madrid to Win and Both Teams to Score is a fantastic price with everything thrown into the mix.
