Brighton to Win
We’ve already seen one Premier League managerial sacking this season and could we be on for our second if Leicester lose at Brighton on Sunday? The Foxes have failed to win a single game inside the 90 minutes this season, even needing penalties to get past League Two Stockport in the Carabao Cup.
Brighton, on the other hand, are flying and had won four of their five games in all competitions until Fulham pipped them 2-1 on Tuesday. In short, this is 4th hosting 20th and the alarm bells are ringing loud and clear at the King Power.
Brighton still have lingering issues over scoring goals and winning at home, but you have to fancy them here. Given the state Leicester are in, especially at the back, we’re getting decent value on Brighton to Win.
Under 2.5 Goals
Before Leicester’s 1-0 loss to Manchester United at the King Power on Thursday I was leaning towards Over 2.5 Goals in this as it had clicked in all of The Foxes’ league games this season. However, they struggled badly against a defensively-solid team who love a 1-0 at the moment.
And that’s exactly what they’ll be facing on Sunday and Brighton have had Unders in three of their five games this season and both of their home matches. The Seagulls have the best defence in the division and are conceding just 0.6 goals per match on average. This could be a carbon copy of Thursday’s match so I’ll take Under 2.5 Goals here.

Solly March to Have 1 or More Shots on Target
A small positive for Leicester is that Thursday was the first time they had conceded fewer than two goals in the Premier League all season. Yes, I am clutching at straws.
However, it signals a potential shift for The Foxes with Rogers knowing that shipping two every game is utterly unsustainable. It means, I think, a tighter, more compact Foxes side and Brighton passing it endlessly around the edge of the area.
The man most likely to lose patience with this approach and have a pop for Brighton in these situations is Solly March. He’s averaging the most shots on target per 90 mins for Brighton with 1.3 per game so far so March to Have 1 or More Shots on Target is a decent price.
Moises Caicedo To Be Shown a Card
Brighton look like they’ve found another gem in Moises Caicedo. The Ecuadorian midfielder has played the full 90 in all of their games this term other than Tuesday night where he made way at around 80 minutes.
At least we’re likely to be in the running with this Moises Caicedo To Be Shown a Card punt right up until the final whistle, then. The 20-year-old is yet to be booked this season but he’s leading Brighton’s fouls-per-90 charts by some distance.
He’s ticking along at 2.3 fouls per game, 0.9 more than anyone else in the squad. They’re clever fouls, but with Leicester looking to burst out on the counter attack, this might be the game where he’s a little too obviously cynical and tip referee Tony Harrington into taking his name.
