We have some proper humdingers lined up for our European football Acca for Saturday evening. We’ll be swinging by the Bundesliga where Bayern Munich host Borussia Monchengladbach while in Italy at the same time, Juventus entertain Roma. Later in Italy, AC Milan welcome Bologna to the San Siro and finishing us off we have the La Liga clash between new boys Almeria and Sevilla. Let’s have a look for some value bets…

5.30pm: Bayern v Monchengladbach – Bayern Win & BTTS

TV: Sky Sports Football

Bayern have taken a maximum nine points from nine over their three Bundesliga games so far while ‘Gladbach have taken seven from their three games. The visitors are one of those rare teams that have a good away record to Bayern and have beaten them twice over their last five league visits to the Allianz with the other three going to the hosts.

Bayern have scored a hat-full too, netting 15 and conceding just one over their three league games while the visitors have scored a total of six and conceded three and over the last five league meetings here we’ve seen Over 2.5 Goals in all five. The Bavarian’s superior goal stats should make the difference but that ‘Gladbach record here should see the visitors getting on the scoresheet too. We’re going with the value here on Bayern to Win & Both Teams to Score.

5.30pm: Juventus v Roma – Vlahovic to Score

TV: BT Sport 2

Juventus have taken four points from their two respective Serie A games while Roma have taken a full six points from both of their matches so far. Jose Mourinho has injected some needle, mostly off-the-pitch with him being a former Inter manager, into this fixture since taking over at Roma but his side lost both fixtures last season against the Old Lady. Indeed, Roma have an awful record at the Allianz, winning just one of their last 10 games away to Juve, with the hosts winning the other nine.

Serbia’s Dusan Vlahovic has begun this season in great form, scoring two against Sassuolo in their opening fixture and scored seven in 15 Serie A games last season. Getting Vlahovic at this price to Score at Anytime represents some great value here, particularly as he’ll be pitted against Chris Smalling in the Roma defence, and he could well have a field day.

7.45pm: AC Milan v Bologna – AC Milan to Win to Nil

TV: BT Sport 1

Milan have also taken four points from a possible six while Bologna have notched up just the one point from their two Serie A games so far. The Rossoneri have taken the points here in five of the last six meetings between the sides at the San Siro and the price for a Milan win here very much reflects that.

The hosts have also won five of their last six home Serie A matches, drawing the other one while the away side have won just one of their last five away league encounters, drawing two and losing two and it’s worth mentioning here that Stefano Pioli’s side have kept four clean sheets over those six home games and that Bologna have failed to hit the back of the net in three of their last six visits here. With those stats we have to go with the value price on Milan to Win to Nil here.

9pm: Almeria v Sevilla – Sevilla to Win

TV: Premier Sports 1 and LaLigaTV

Both sides won’t be one bit too happy about their respective starts to their La Liga campaigns as they’ve both started with a loss and a draw from their two games so far. Almeria only lost nine games in total in their La Liga 2 winning season but they’ve found life tough since promotion and Sevilla will see this game as an opportunity to get three points on the board and kick start their season after a disappointing start.

Boasting a midfield of Ivan Rakitic, Isco, Thomas Delaney and Erik Lamela, Sevilla should well be able to control things in the middle of the park against an inexperienced Almeria side and get the ball into better attacking areas to create more goal-scoring opportunities and we see that being the difference here. We’re going with Sevilla to take the three points.
