Barcelona, Inter Milan and PSG are all in action on Saturday evening. Seems almost too good to be true doesn’t it? They each have very particular monetary strategies, too.

PSG spend because they have it. Barcelona spend even when they don’t, and Inter Milan wish they had that problem to begin with. So, we can either fund them or we can sort our kebab for the evening. I know my preference.

7.45pm: Lecce v Inter – Lukaku to Score Two or More

TV: BT Sport 1 and OneFootball

Recency bias is a funny thing. Romelu Lukaku put in the best Serie A performance by a striker in recent memory when he was last at Inter and Lecce are the ideal opposition to ease yourself back in against.

In his 72 games in the competition, he scored 47 times. He now has an equally-talented squad around him, sans Antonio Conte. They may have lost volume but Lukaku now has Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Robin Gosens feeding him. Lukaku can start back where he left off with a brace here.

8pm: Barcelona v Rayo Vallecano – Both Teams to Score

TV: Premier Sports 1 and LaLigaTV

It’s worth remembering that people’s perception of Barcelona is pretty much dead in the water. That, and the fact that even now, we’re unsure whether or not their star players are actually registered.

That’s a worry you generally carry with you for Sunday league rather than Spanish top tier, but I enjoy the fact the entire Barca squad are going into sessions planning with or without Robert Lewandowski depending on registration woes coming to fruition or not.

Now, is that enough to rattle Barcelona’s superstars from a result standpoint? Probably not. Is it enough to create somewhat of a disjointed performance? Absolutely. As such, Both Teams to Score could be the smart play.

8pm: PSG v Montpellier – Neymar to Score Anytime

TV: BT Sport 2

In terms of raw recent performance, Neymar is the best player in the world. He managed to notch three assists in the week one opener as well as scoring himself. He is unplayable at the moment, looking better than Lionel Messi.

And with Kylian Mbappe still not fully fit, he’ll get the traffic in the final third; to dribble and run at players. Montpellier have lost a whole host of defensive structure in the offseason too, resulting in them shipping twice to Troyes. It’s Neymar to Score Anytime in this one.
