20:00 Botafogo vs Fluminense: Both Teams to Score

Seventh and sixth face off here in the Brazilian Serie A and the away side have been in the superior form of late. The hosts have won two of their last five in the league, losing the other three although at the Estadio Nilton Santos they’ve won three and lost two over their last five in all competitions, scoring eight and conceding four. Fluminense have won three, drawn one and lost one of their last five in all competitions but have only won one over their recent league excursions, drawing two and losing two.

These old Rio de Janeiro rivals, indeed it’s called the Clássico Vovô (Grandpa’s Derby) as it’s the oldest Brazilian derby game, rarely give an inch to each other and while the visitors have the better overall form the hosts have only lost four of their last 10 meetings against them at home. Both teams have scored six and four over their most recent home/away games respectively and with Both Teams to Score landing in six of their last eight meetings here we think that’s the best option.

20:00 LAFC vs New York RB: Over 2.5 Goals

Even though they’re top of the Western Conference on 30 points after 15 games LAFC’s form has seen them winning just two of their last five league fixtures, drawing one and losing two. On home soil things are better though with three wins, one draw and one loss over their five most previous MLS games played there where they’ve scored 11 and conceded seven with Over 2.5 goals and BTTS landing in four of those games.

The Bulls are in strong form of late, winning four and losing one of their last five in all competitions while in the league have won two, drawn one and lost two and share the same record over their last five away league encounters, scoring six and conceding six. Both sides are good enough to beat the other and while the market is siding with the hosts we think the goals’ stats are more significant here so we’re backing Over 2.5 goals.

22:00 Sao Paulo vs Juventude: Sao Paulo to Win and Over 1.5 Goals

Sao Paulo are short odds to take the three points up for grabs here. They’re in decent form with two wins, one draw and two losses over their last five in all competitions but their home league form has been very strong with three wins, one draw and one loss, scoring eight and conceding six.

Juventude are bottom of the league on just 10 points after 13 games and have won just one of their last five Serie A fixtures, losing the other four and on their travels have won one, drawn one and lost three, scoring four and conceding nine. Sao Paulo should win here but their defensive stats are worrying so let’s take some cover as we’re expecting a 2-0, 2-1, 3-1 win. Sao Paulo to Win and Over 1.5 Goals is the value pick here.

23:00 Philadelphia Union vs New York City: Under 2.5 Goals

Philadelphia sit just a point behind Easter Conference leaders New York City in third place and will be hoping home advantage helps them top the league here. However, their MLS results of late aren’t great with four draws and one win where three of those draws saw them surrendering their winning position. At Subaru Park they share the same record of four draws and one win.

New York have won four of their last five in the MLS, drawing the other while on their travels have won two, drawn one and lost two. With Over 2.5 goals landing in just one of the last 10 combined home/away games for both teams we don’t see a ton of goals here; Unders has the value for this one, particularly as it’s landed in five of their last seven meetings here.

01:00 Vancouver Whitecaps vs New England Revolution: BTTS & Over 2.5 Goals

Vancouver Whitecaps have been in strong form recently, winning four of their last five in all competitions, losing the other one. Their MLS form has seen them winning three and losing two and, at home, have won three, drawn one and lost one, scoring 10 and conceding eight with both Overs and BTTS landing in four of those five clashes.

New England have won two and drawn three of their last five in all competitions, losing one in Extra Time. Their MLS games have seen them going undefeated for eight games now, however their league from on the road has seen them winning just two of their last five, drawing one and losing two, scoring 11 and conceding 11 with Overs and BTTS landing in all five. With such mighty goals stats for both sides, combining a BTTS and Overs bet is the obvious value choice here.
