Sunday’s Premier League action on the telly kicks off with a mouth-watering clash in Chelsea v West Ham at Stamford Bridge. It’s a day for derbies with Liverpool v Everton coming up later in the day.
A man who’s always ready for the big occasion is Reds legend and Paddy Power ambassador Phil Thompson. Who’s taking the bragging rights in this one? Here’s Thommo’s Chelsea v West Ham Tips.

The form is a bit of a worry for both sides, you look at Chelsea and they had conceded just 14 goals in 22 homes games before conceding 11 in their last three which is absolutely astonishing! We’ve lauded Chelsea for their great defence but they’ve had a shocking time.
They’ve lost two of the last three Premier League games conceding eight goals. All these stats are just mad when you talk about defending at Chelsea. West Ham are not much better. They’ve lost three of their last three away Premier League matches.
Listen to this stat, though, David Moyes has never won a Premier League game at Stamford Bridge. Ever. 16 games, he’s had nine defeats and never won there. It’s all pointing towards Chelsea winning this one.

I do think, because of the defensive problems at Chelsea, that Both Teams to Will Score but I’m going for Chelsea to Win. I’ll go with Mason Mount to Score Anytime. I think he’s having a terrific time of it. Some of the defenders are slipping but not Mount.
