Paddy Power’s football ambassador Phil Thomson guides you through the action in the Premier League on Sunday and serves up a tasty treble to help you pocket some cash. He just can’t split Liverpool and Manchester City to face off in the game of the weekend at 4.30pm.
Leicester have lost two of their last three Premier League away games but Jamie Vardy’s got seven in seven which is not bad. A good bet for me is Both Teams to Score in this one. I do fancy Palace to Win, just. They’ll be disappointed as heck losing, they had three points wrapped up [against Brighton]. That last-minute goal by Neal Maupay was really disappointing for them.
Spurs will be hurt after that drubbing against Arsenal, to go 3-0 down so quickly in a derby game is so devastating. After winning three on the trot 1-0 and then losing the last three and conceding three in each. You might expect Villa to win and Danny Ings does like scoring against Spurs. But, I just fancy Spurs to Win this one, just.
Thommo’s treble
I can’t split Liverpool and Man City. As much as I’d love to go for my beloved Liverpool Football Club I can see a low-scoring draw. I just see two very good teams going head to head. So, I’ve taken them out of the equation and I’m going for Crystal Palace, I’ve gone for Spurs and I’ve gone for West Ham all to Win as my Sunday treble

However, the Liverpool legend thinks he can pick the winner in Crystal Palace v Leicester, Tottenham v Aston Villa and West Ham v Brentford, with all three kicking off at 2pm. So, who’s in Thommo’s treble?
