Man United fan now says Messi’s the GOAT amid Ronaldo-City links

Always said it. Apparently.

A Manchester United fan claims that Lionel Messi is the greatest footballer of all time as Cristiano Ronaldo continues to be linked with Manchester City.

Ronaldo is desperate to leave Juventus and his representatives are believed to have offered him to City in a move that would shock absolutely no one because football is driven purely by greed.

NEW TO PADDY POWER?

United diehard Mani Hucknall gave a withering assessment of the Portuguese on social media this morning and subsequently hailed rival Messi as the best player he’s ever seen.

The 39-year-old stay-at-home-son also vehemently denied allegations he lauded Ronaldo as the ‘GOAT’ on countless occasions over the past 15-years.

‘Never rated Pen-aldo to be honest’, tweeted Mani.

‘And it has f**k all to do with him going to City, by the way’, he lied.

‘He’s arrogant, he dives and he’s sh*te at free-kicks’.

‘Didn’t like him when he was at United. Too much of a show pony with all this his flicks and tricks’.

‘A poor man’s Nani. Now there was a player. Can’t understand why Fergie kept picking Ronaldo ahead of him’.

‘Messi all day for me. Not even a debate’.

In related news, City fan Bernard Gallagher has welcomed Ronaldo’s imminent arrival after he sat up all night deleting reams of tweets in which he claimed the 36-year-old wasn’t fit to lace Messi’s boots.

‘Get him on the plane and bring him home from Spain… I mean Turin’, sang Bernard.

‘Ronnie’s literally done it on a wet Wednesday night in Stoke’.

‘And not just any Stoke, a prime Tony Pulis Stoke. The one with the Rory Delap long-throws, the lot’.

‘Messi’s only ever done it in Farmer’s Leagues, hasn’t he?’.

Meanwhile, Ronaldo has reacted after Piers Morgan dug out an old tweet of him handing the Portuguese legend a Gunners shirt with ‘Ronaldo 7’ on the back.

‘I’d rather stir fry my own testicles than sign for that shower of sh*te’, CR7 told Paddy Power News.
