So, with the game fast approaching, we’ve got our pal Andy Robson to put together a cheat sheet to help with your Bet Builder on Sunday. Without further ado, here’s our top tips for the big game based on all the data.

Harry Kane 2 or More Shots on Target
The England skipper has enjoyed arguably the best season of his individual career, winning both the top goal scorer and playmaker awards in the Premier League. He is the first name on the team sheet and will be playing the full 90 minutes (barring an injury) which should give him enough time to grab us least two shots on target in front of the Wembley crowd. Kane has averaged a ridiculous 2.85 shots on target per game over the cheat sheet stats and will be hungry to get his country off to a good start here.
Phil Foden 1 or More Shots on Target
His hair is shocking but I’m still backing Phil Foden to have a strike on target here. Looking at the cheat sheet, he averages well clear of 1 shots on target per match and I’d be confident the youngster will at least trouble the Croatian keeper once over the course of the game.
England to win
It pains me to say it, but England have a really good squad. One that should be capable of not only beating Croatia, but going all the way. They’ll have the home support in this game and will be confident they can avenge the World Cup defeat.
The hosts are a much better side than they were in 2018 with so many talented youngsters coming through, whereas Croatia have gone backwards. Looking at form alone, England have won 13 of their last 16 games, while the Croats have just 2 wins in their last 10 with the victories coming against Malta and Cyprus. Begrudgingly, I have to be on the England Win here.
Marcelo Brozovic to be carded
I loved backing Marcelo Brozovic to be booked for Inter and I’ll stick with him again on the international stage. Brozovic commits more fouls than an other Croatian player and will have the like of Jack Grealish, Mason Mount and Foden buzzing around him. It also helps that Danielle Orsato is the referee and averaged more that 5 yellow cards per game in Serie A this season.
