Djemba-Djemba to start first United game in 17-years against Foxes

He's finally getting another chance

Midfield ace Eric Djemba Djemba has been recalled to the Manchester United first team as boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks to shuffle his pack amidst a gruelling schedule.

The Cameroonian star has waited patiently for an opportunity to show the Norwegian what he’s capable of and will be hoping to impress his manager during tonight’s clash against Leicester City.

Solskjaer is set to ring the changes as his squad prepare to play their 7rd game in the last 48 hours.

‘Eric will start in a midfield three alongside Ronnie Wallwork and Joel Glazer’s aunt Sadie’, the United boss told Paddy Power News.

‘Massimo Taibi will come in for Dean. William Prunier and Fred the Red will play together at centre-half with Mikaël Silvestre and Mick Hucknall filling the full-back positions’.

‘David Bellion, Dong Fangzhuo and Jill from accounts will give us a formidable front three’.

‘It’s a big night for Jill, making her debut. I just hope she gets those invoices finished before 6pm’.

‘Donny van de Beek will keep his place on the bench’, added the 48-year-old.

Solskjaer knows that anything less than 3 points will hand the title to rivals Manchester City but he remains unperturbed.

‘I couldn’t care less as long as it’s not those unbearable b*stards Liverpool’.

Meanwhile, Djemba Djemba believes a good performance tonight could reignite his Old Trafford career after almost two decades in the wilderness.

‘I’ve had to be patient but I knew my time would come’, the 40-year-old told PPN.

‘I hope to repay the gaffer’s faith in me by finally finding one of my teammates with the ball’, he added.

Paddy Power News also understands former United legend Howard Webb will come out of retirement for the game.

Bruno Fernandes has already claimed the first 3 penalties.
