This is looking like the game of the weekend. Leicester will be absolutely gutted at their result against Everton. They’re better away from home and have won five of their last six away games.
They’ve won five and lost five the last 10 Premier League games and that defeat would have hurt them. But, as I say, away from home they’re not bad.
This Spurs team is made of a little bit more. I don’t know what Jose Mourinho was watching on Wednesday night though, he must have had another DVD on because I think they got in Liverpool’s box just once in the first 45 minutes.
Sunday 2.15pm: Tottenham v Leicester Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League
Yes, they came out to play for 10, 15 minutes, but Liverpool deserved to win that game. My goodness that was absolutely shocking of Jose, but that’s Jose he likes to pull the wool.
But there’s something different with Spurs. I was at the match as a guest of Liverpool because of the passing of Gerard Houllier. I’m sitting there in the posh seats and I’m watching a back line of six! Six!
The two wide players are following Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson and they were in a line of six at the back. They were all following orders and it seems to be working for them.
