Paddy Power football trader Jason Murphy has tipped up a tidy Premier League Treble ahead of Wednesday’s action.
Our man has selected three home victories to combine for a respectable return ahead of the festive period, including what would be a big win for Leicester over Everton at the King Power Stadium.
My father asked me for a bet on Wednesday night, and he’s going to put down a fiver or a tenner as he’s going to watch a few of these games – this is the Treble that I’ve given him, and I will give it to you all too!
I’m backing Leicester to beat Everton. They’re slightly odds-against so it’s a nice one to put in the acca, based on their playing styles and the XIs I expect to be put out. They’re both having really good seasons, but Leicester are a really good bet for this game.
The next one I’m looking at is Fulham at home to Brighton. Brighton are possibly going to go off as favourites here which means you’re getting a really good price on Fulham at the moment.
I know we paid out earlier in the season on Fulham to be relegated but we have changed our opinion, although we do have the best price on Fulham to be relegated if you’re still against them!
Surprisingly they’ve dropped Aleksandar Mitrovic but Ivan Cavalerio gives them plenty up top and Ademola Lookman has come in from RB Leipzig so they’ve got a threat going forward and they’ve sorted out defensive issues. Keep an eye on their best player Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa – no matter what happens, he will be with a top-six club next season. He was fantastic with Villarreal last term.
Fulham, at the price they are, are a good bet to win.
My final bet is West Ham to beat Crystal Palace at home in order to complete the treble. West Ham are in fantastic form and the style of football David Moyes has got them playing is brilliant. It’s a shame he didn’t have it at United.
Palace did really well to get a result against Tottenham, where Vicente Guaita made a mistake for the goal but made some fantastic saves to keep Palace in the game and get the late equaliser. But based on what I’ve seen, I don’t think Palace will have enough to go to West Ham and stop them from winning.
