Leicester (-1)
Leicester urgently need a convincing win on Monday following their chastening defeat at Anfield last weekend. Brendan Rodgers’ side had looked excellent so far this season, but were utterly outclassed by the champions as they suffered their first away defeat of the season and they will be keen to put that behind them as fast as possible.
They have an excellent chance to do so in style against Fulham. Scott Parker’s newly-promoted side have been awful in their opening nine games and look absolute certainties to end up in the bottom three.
They have picked up just four points this season (against fellow strugglers Sheffield United and West Brom) and boast the joint-worst defensive record in the league. It feels as though every single team they come up against has the potential to cut them to ribbons and Leicester, who have scored three or more goals on four occasions in the league this season, should have absolutely no problems putting them to the sword.

Leicester halftime/fulltime
The Cottagers have trailed at halftime in five of their seven league defeats so far this season and are likely to make that six out of eight when they take on Leicester at the King Power Stadium. One of the Fulham’s many problems this season has been a tendency to let one in early on. They have conceded inside the first eight minutes on five occasions already, giving themselves a mountain to climb against superior outfits.
They seem to switch off in the early knockings of games and will be ruthlessly torn apart by Leicester if they don’t learn from their mistakes. The Foxes need a fast start following last Sunday’s underwhelming performance at Anfield and they should come flying out of the traps – especially since a win on Monday will allow them to leapfrog the champions in the Premier League standings.

Jamie Vardy to score anytime
It is almost inevitable that Jamie Vardy will end up on the scoresheet if Leicester do claim a convincing win. Vardy has been at the heart of almost every impressive Leicester win this season and he shows no signs of slowing down, even at almost 34 years of age.
He has scored eight of Leicester’s 18 goals this season and boasts the best minute-per-goal ratio in the Premier League. His shot conversion has also been off the charts, with eight of his 16 shots on goal finding the back of the net.
Of the current top scorers in the league, only Son Heung Min can claim a better shot conversation rate at 60%. Vardy has every chance of adding to his impressive tally on Monday, especially if Fulham defend the way they have been defending.
