I’m really looking forward to seeing the clash of styles again between Marcelo Bielsa and Mikel Arteta. These two met in an FA Cup tie at the Emirates last season and Leeds absolutely bossed the first half, having 11 shots to Arsenal’s two. But Arteta worked some magic at half time and The Gunners turned it around in the second half, having 10 shots to Leeds’ three and running out 1-0 winners.

While I think the outright match odds are about right for this one, there’s better value to be had in this acca-insured Same Game Multi which clocks in at about 13/1.

Sunday 4.30pm: Leeds v Arsenal
Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

Looking at the fixtures for the weekend, this is definitely one I am keen to watch but I am only backing this SGM as I am watching the game and will get a bit of entertainment from the bet.

Remember, you do not always have to have a bet. This year has thought us that we really need to look out for one another. Please remember to gamble safely and to support those who need it.

Both Teams To Score

Leeds have conceded 17 goals in just eight Premier League games this season. I know Arsenal have been struggling to score themselves but if Palace can put four past Leeds then I fancy Arsenal to get at least one.

At the other end, Leeds will get plenty of chances and Patrick Bamford, for the most part, has been taking them. Therefore, Both Teams To Score seems like a solid leg to put in an SGM and an enjoyable one for the neutral to cheer on.

Over 10.5 Corners

Three of the four matches at Elland Road this season have seen over 10.5 corners, with the average being 12.25. Given the interesting clash of styles here, we could see the Leeds press force Arsenal into giving away some silly corners as they try to play out from the back.

Over 30 Points – Card Index

Arsenal away from home this season have seen on average 4.75 yellow cards per game. We would only need 4 yellow cards for this to click and given how Arteta is looking to make Arsenal more cynical I think we will see cards in this game. When Leeds break, they do so in speed and in numbers and sometimes the only way to stop them is by fouling so Over 30 Points on the Card Index seems the way to go.

Granit Xhaka to be booked

A favourite of mine in an SGM. 10 yellow cards in each of his last 3 Premier League seasons. Also, if you know the previous leg has clicked, then there is even more chance Xhaka has picked one of them up.
