After the game, footage emerged showing Tyrone Mings breaking free from the Arsenal captain after distracting him with what appeared to be a hilarious joke.
However, Mings has revealed what he REALLY said to the Gabon striker:
‘Aubameyang was marking me for a corner’.
‘Like most people, I was wondering if he was going to sign a new deal this summer’.
‘So, before the ball came in, I just asked him outright. I said: ‘Hey, Auba. Are you staying at Arsenal or what?’.
‘The next thing he’s buckled over laughing. Then I saw the ball coming in and noticed I was totally unmarked. So, I flicked it on for Trezeguet to score’.
‘I dunno what I said that was so funny? It was a legit question. He just kept going ‘Ba-haha-ba-haha’.
‘I maybe got the impression he was trying to say something but couldn’t get his words out. Barcelona, perhaps?’
Meanwhile, we caught up with Aubameyang outside the Arsenal Training Centre where the forward was still pissing himself.
‘Oh mercy’, he chortled, while wiping a tear from his eye.
‘That Mings, he cracks me up’.
When asked if it was then safe to assume he wouldn’t be committing his future to the Gunners, Aubameyang replied:
‘I’d rather commit myself to Arkham Asylum than spend another season with Sideshow Bob and Mustafi’.

In other news, Jack Grealish gave Aston Villa fans the news they’d been hoping for after confirming he’d be staying with the club until the end of the season.
Talking to SkySports after the game, the Villa skipper confirmed: ‘I’d like to reassure our supporters I’m fully committed to the club for one, maybe two more games’.
The 24-year-old was then believed to have uttered ‘come get me Ole’ under his breath according to several lip-reading experts.
