No win, no tree! PP to plant 6,000 trees each time Arsenal fail to win this season

We decided to step in and help hectare Bellerin out – after all, his team can’t defend their goal, let alone the planet.

Arsenal defender Hector Bellerin has promised to donate 3,000 trees every time Arsenal win for the rest of the season – which is great, but Arsenal aren’t.

Having resumed their Premier League campaign with two defeats, Bellerin’s campaign has so far planted no new trees.

Saving the planet can wait when you need to save your season first.

But Paddy Power have vowed to make sure the planet doesn’t miss out – by donating to Bellerin’s campaign every time Arsenal DON’T win a game.

What’s more, they’ll donate twice as much – meaning 6,000 trees will be planted every time the Gunners fail to win.

Spokesman Paddy Power said: “Since the Premier League has returned, an area the size of a football pitch is destroyed twice a week by Arsenal’s defence.
