Germany football has given us a tasty number on Saturday afternoon.

Bayer Leverkusen host Bayern Munich on Saturday afternoon as the hosts currently sit in the Europa League places.

But they will be eager to get into the top four spots and a win here should do that.

Bayern Munich have lost just two away games this season though, and are marching towards yet another Bundesliga title.

Both Teams To Score in the First Half

Leverkusen should come into this match confident of getting something as Bayern have only beaten the home side once in their last five league visits to the Bay Arena. The home side have won three of their four fixtures since the restart, while Bayern have won all four.

Leverkusen score 55.6% of their goals in the first half of matches and have scored a goal in that period in four of the prirevious five home matches.

Bayern have a great first half goal-scoring record to and they’ve scored goals in their last five away league matches in the first half, making this a bet to get on.

Robert Lewandowski to Score Anytime

There’s not much we can say about just how good Robert Lewandowski is that hasn’t already been said so we can just look at his record.

The Pole has scored five against Leverkusen over 18 matches and has scored five goals in his last seven away matches. Since the Bundesliga restarted he’s scored four goals over the four matches and we fancy him to add to his amazing tally of 29 goals for the season so far.

Bayern Over 1.5 Second Half Goals @ 6/5

Unlike Leverkusen who score 55.6% of their goals in the first hald of matches as mentioned above, Bayern score a whopping 60.4% of their goals in the second half of matches. Since the restart they’ve scored six second half goals over their four matches.

Away from home Bayern have scored 10 goals in the second stanza of matches in their last seven on their travels.

That’s a little under the 1.5 needed here at 1.4, but in their last three meetings at the Bay Arena with Leverkusen they scored six second-half goals and this bet would have landed in two out of three of those ties.
