Euro 2020: Odds slashed on Ireland qualifying after Stephen Kenny appointment

It's a new lease of life for the Boys in Green

It’s full steam ahead under Stephen Kenny for the Republic of Ireland – and we’ve cut the odds on qualification for Euro 2020 following his appointment this week.

Mick McCarthy will always have a special place in the hearts of most Irish football fans, with the exception of one particular Corkman of course.

Prior to big Mick’s departure the Boys in Green were priced up at of 7/2 to qualify.

However we’re all aboard the Kenny bandwagon and believe he could hold the key to making it through.

Supporters already like what they’re hearing from Kenny and his plans for the Republic of Ireland set-up, and following some activity in the betting since the news broke, our traders have cut their odds of qualifying.

We’ve now shaved the price down to 3/1 for Ireland to be at the European Championships when they finally take place next summer.

Bring on Slovakia…
