Wenger in? We’re offering odds on Arsene staying at the Emirates

Following the breaking news that Arsene Wenger will finally step down as Arsenal manager at the end of the season, we are offering odds that the Frenchman will perform a Fergie-style U-turn and continue in his role.

You can get odds of 33/1 that Arsene will continue the great French tradition of beating a hasty retreat and find himself back in charge of the Gunners by the start of next season.

Meanwhile, the chances that he finds himself unable to leave his beloved Arsenal behind and being appointed Director of Football at the Emirates are 6/1.

Should he actually leave, the odds are 3/1 that he will be appointed as Didier Deschamps’ replacement as the next manager of the French National Team.

Meanwhile, the chances of him becoming the first Frenchman to manage the English national team are 20/1.
