Paul Ince: Net £500,000 with my Hotshot Jackpot picks

The pot has reached a cool half a million, what more do you need to know…

Brighton vs Liverpool: Philippe Coutinho

With the Seagulls in a flap in front of goal, I’m going with the little magician Philippe Coutinho to net the opener here.

Liverpool are scoring goals for fun this season (conceding them too), but Coutinho’s surely due to go on a run and that’s why I’m picking the Brazilian.

Leicester vs Burnley: Riyad Mahrez

After scoring an utterly special goal in midweek against Spurs, I reckon Riyad Mahrez looks on the cusp of rediscovering the form that made him the Player of the Year in the 2015–16 season.

Burnley won’t make it easy and Mahrez reportedly wants out of the King Power Stadium, but he still offers The Foxes a lot of bite while he remains there.

Watford vs Tottenham: Harry Kane

Honestly, who else would you back with £500k on the line?

Even when Kane’s not at it, it seems like he scores every game at the moment. Where would Spurs be without him?

Arsenal vs United: Alexis Sanchez

Another one pining for the exit door, but the fact is Alexis Sanchez is still Arsenal’s main man.

With Alexandre Lacazette an injury doubt, I’d expect the Chilean to take on the goalscoring duties this weekend. If for nothing else other than to put himself firmly in the shop window!

Bournemouth vs Southampton: Callum Wilson

Bournemouth have been crying out for a goalscorer like Callum Wilson, and he looks like he’s primed to repay the faith the club put in him during his lengthy lay-off with an anterior cruciate ligament injury.

Wilson has hit four goals in nine games since his return and I fancy him to grab the first in this south coast showdown.

Man City vs West Ham: Sergio Aguero

You really could probably pick anyone in the City line-up to score this weekend and be correct, but I fancy the little Argentine to start the goal-fest.

Poor Moyes and his Hammers better beware because there seems to be no stopping Pep Guardiola men at the moment.
