Pic: Arsenal fan turns to Sudoku to liven up boring night at the Emirates

Yep, things were that bad for The Gunners…

Even the most hardcore of Arsenal supporters will admit to you that last night’s Europa League offering won’t live long in the memory bank.

For 90 minutes The Gunners struggled  to score worse against Red Star Belgrade than Twitter trying restore Donald Trump’s account back up yesterday and one fan was desperate enough to seek out alternative means of entertainment.

Clearly unimpressed with the action on the park during the drab 0-0, the fan was pictured by fellow supporter Bryan Roberts‏ attempting to complete a game of Sudoku from the paper during the second half.

With an average ticket price at the Emirates of around £62, the supporter sure picked an expensive spot to play the numbers game! However, at least he “nailed” it according to Bryan – unlike the Arsenal side he was supposed to be watching on the pitch.

At least the draw sealed a spot in the knockout phases of Europa League for Arsene Wenger’s men, but clearly this fan only had the next section on his mind. Check out the picture for yourself below:
