Watch: Aberdeen player sews up miss of the season competition in Scotland

You really can’t be missing it from there…


Aberdeen moved 13 points clear of Rangers last night with a home victory over Inverness Caledonian Thistle, but that wasn’t what people were talking about after the game.

That’s because despite the 1-0 victory secured by an Ash Taylor goal, the main headline coming out of was a miss of the season contender by Dons substitute Miles Storey.

Storey somehow failed to convert from a yard out with the goal at his mercy after it was put on a plate for him by Republic of Ireland international John Hayes.

Thankfully for Aberdeen it didn’t cost them in the end and it sure is funny to watch. See the blunder posted by BBC Sport Scotland in all it’s glory  for yourself below:
