January won’t be a month to remember for Liverpool. They have played eight games so far this year, winning just once. They’ve lost four and drawn three, with their only win coming against Plymouth in the second leg of the FA Cup Third Round.
They faced Wolves this afternoon and found themselves two goals down after just 40 minutes, conceding in the first minute of the game.
This week began with a 3-2 Premier League loss to Swansea, followed by a 1-0 loss in the League Cup to Southampton and now the 1-2 loss to Wolves in the FA Cup. Three losses in eight days has left serious question marks above their league credentials as they face Chelsea next week.
Here is the best reaction from Twitter following the shock result:

Nice try, rivals. No one hates Liverpool more than Liverpool fans themselves.

@DeludedBrendan Don't adjust your set Brendan that's the actual score. The second half will give Liverpool a chance to show their character
