After having a couple of tidy winners last week at 11/1 and 7/1 – and being one goal away from another – we’re back for more midweek action.

6pm: Mouloudia dOujda v Wydad Casablanca – Wydad Casablanca to Win
First up is Mouloudia dOujda v Wydad Casablanca in the Moroccan Botola Pro 1, which sees top travel to 14th. Wydad Casablanca are flying this season and they boast a six-point lead at the top of the table.
They’ve won 19 of their 28 games and scored 43 goals in the process. They’re also the most in-form team in the league having won four of their last five.
As for Mouloudia dOujda, they’re three points above the relegation zone after winning just six matches all season. They’ve become harder to beat in recent weeks and they’ve drawn their last four games.
However, we’re getting behind Wydad Casablanca to Win as the visitors should have more than enough to get the three points.
6pm: Pyramids v ENPPI – Pyramids to Win and Over 1.5 Goals
Now we’re heading over to the Egyptian Premier for Pyramids v ENPPI. Pyramids are second in the league, just two points behind leaders Zamalek. The hosts have the second-best home form in the league this season having won seven of their 11 fixtures. They’ve also scored 18 and conceded just six in those games.
ENPPI, meanwhile, are tenth in the league and are winless in their last five. They’re the draw specialists this season, with 11 of their 22 games ending level. ENPPI have only won three of their 11 games on the road this season too.
We like the look of Pyramids to Win, however, we’re going to boost the odds by adding in Over 1.5 Goals. Pyramids have won their last two games 3-1 and 3-0, while there have been more than two goals in all of ENPPI’s last five fixtures.
6:30pm: Klaksvikar Itrottarfelag v NSI Runavik – Klaksvikar Itrottarfelag to Win and Over 2.5 Goals
Next up, we’re in the Faroe Premier League as top of the table Klaksvikar Itrottarfelag host seventh-placed NSI Runavik.
Klaksvikar look unstoppable this season and they’ve won 13 of their 14 games. They only dropped points in a surprise draw against second-placed Vikingur. Oh, they’ve also scored 39 goals and conceded just two all season. Not bad, eh?
NSI Runavik are seventh out of ten and have lost three of their last five. They also have the second-worst defence in the league having conceded 35 goals in just 14 games.
All signs point to a Klaksvikar win, however, it’s not worth backing at the odds. We like the look of Klaksvikar Itrottarfelag to Win and Over 2.5 Goals instead.
Any of Klaksvikar’s games can turn into a rout so there’s usually goals. Klaksvikar’s games average 2.9 goals, while Runavik’s average is 3.9. Expect plenty of chances in this one.
8:30pm: Smouha v Al Ahly Cairo – Al Ahly Cairo to Win
Finally, we’re back in Egypt for Smouha v Al Ahly Cairo, which sees third travel to fifth. Al Ahly Cairo are just four points off top, however, they’ve got three games in hand on their rivals.
Al Ahly Cairo have lost just once all season and their away form is solid. They’ve won five of their nine games on the road.
Smouha are a decent side and they’re unbeaten in their last five after three consecutive draws. Their home form is also impressive (won seven, drawn two, lost once).
Despite Smouha’s decent home record, we still expect Al Ahly Cairo to get the job done. They’ll know the importance of winning their games in hand and they’ll be up for it on Wednesday night.
