Wednesday night’s acca has us diving deep into the markets to find value in the Premier League where Leicester and Watford host Norwich and Everton respectively. We’ll also be looking at the top two in Scotland where Celtic can wrap up another Premiership title should they get at least a point away to Dundee United.

WELCOME TO PADDY POWER NEWS!

Rangers, still high from their Europa League semi final win over RB Leipzig, face Ross County. Finally, we have the Coppa Italia final, a derby d’Italia, with Juventus taking on Inter at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.

7.30pm: Dundee United v Celtic – Celtic Win & Over 2.5 Goals

TV: Sky Sports Football

Celtic could lose both of their games and still take the Premiership title on goal difference here (Rangers would need around 20 goals to steal it away at this stage) but they’ll still be looking for a victory here. Dundee on 44 points, have a bit of pressure on themselves as both teams below them, Motherwell and Ross County on 43 and 41 points are still both in with a shout of taking the final European football place from them.

The hosts have won just one of their last five league games, drawing two and losing two and share the same record over their last five at Tannadice Park, scoring seven and conceding 10 with Over 2.5 goals landing in four of those five. Celtic have won four of their last five in the league, drawing the other, while on their Premiership excursions also boast the same record, scoring 10 and conceding four. Celtic to Win and Over 2.5 Goals has the value here.

7.45pm: Leicester v Norwich – Leicester Win & BTTS

Both teams come into this Premier League clash in some pretty awful form, the Foxes have failed to win any of their last seven fixtures in all competitions while Norwich have only won one of their last 10 games. Leicester have drawn two and lost three of their last five matches and share the same record over their last five league encounters. Their home league form is better though with three wins, one draw and one loss.

Norwich have lost four and won one of their last five in the league while on their away trips have lost six of their last seven on the road, drawing the other one. Little doubt then that the home side will emerge victorious here but they’ve only kept two clean sheets over their last eight at home in the league while Norwich have scored in four of their last seven away meaning Leicester to Win & Both Teams to Score is the value pick here.

7.45pm: Watford v Everton – Everton to Win

Everton have dug deep over recent weeks in their quest to remain in the Premier League, beating Man United (okay, everyone beats Man United lately), Chelsea and Leicester, also drawing with Leicester and losing to Liverpool. Watford have lost all six of their most recent Premier League fixtures and managed to score just three goals over those six matches.

Of course, they’ll be eager to bring another team down to their Championship level and won’t make it easy on the Toffees but it’s hard to argue with the form of Frank Lampard’s side when compared to the results Roy Hodgson’s Hornets have been receiving. This one has Everton to Win written all over it.

7.45pm: Rangers v Ross County – Rangers to Win to Nil

TV: RangersTV

Rangers have won three of their last five in all competitions, drawing one and losing one, share the same record over their last five Premiership matches and also share the same results over their last five league games played at Ibrox.

Ross County have won just one of their last five in the league, drawing two and losing two while their away trips have seen them winning two, drawing one and losing two but failed to score in three of those games and in three of their last four visits to west Glasgow. The hosts have kept eight clean sheets over their last 10 at home in the league and we see that trend continuing here as Rangers Win to Nil.

8pm: Juventus v Inter – Both Teams to Score

TV: Premier Sports 1

These two legendary Italian clubs will be fighting it out for their 15th and 8th Coppa Italia title respectively. Juve have had a tough run to the final having to beat three Serie A teams along the way – Sassuolo, Sampdoria and Fiorentina. Inter didn’t have it easy either, they had to beat AC Milan in the semi final, prior to that they overcame Roma and Empoli.

The Old Lady have won three, drawn one and lost one over their five most previous matches while Inter have won four of their last five, losing the other. Juventus hold the upper hand over recent meetings between the pair, they’ve won two of the last five meetings with three ending level (Inter winning one of those draws in ET).

On form you’d be tempted to go for Inter and both teams will be fired up here, Inter are still going for a Double this season while this is Juve’s only chance of landing some silverware this campaign. The sides have scored eight and 13 over their five most recent games respectively so the best bet here is Both Teams to Score.
