We’re absolutely spoilt for choice this coming Saturday night for football matches with some huge names involved across Europe.

We’ve gone through the best of the fixtures prowling for value in the depths of the markets and found four picks stuffed to the hilt with it. There’s a ton of stats to get stuck into here so let’s get straight into it.

19:45 Verona vs Sampdoria: Verona to Win

TV: BT Sport 1

Seven points currently separate Sampdoria from the Serie A relegation zone and looking at their remaining league fixtures they’re going to be in for a fight particularly as I Blucerchiati have now lost six of their last seven in the league.

Verona’s overall form of two wins, one draw and two losses is pretty much what you’d expect from this Verona side but at the Stadio Marcantonio Bentegodi they’ve come good of late, winning four of their last five Serie A games played there and as such are odds-on favourites to win here.

With Samp’s form compared to Verona’s at home we can’t see the visitors getting even a sniff of victory here so the value is with the hosts.

20:00 PSG vs Lens: PSG to Win & Both Teams to Score

TV: BT Sport 2

PSG are 15 points above Marseille in second and with five games to go in the league all PSG need is a draw here to ensure they’ll pick up their eighth Ligue 1 title since 2012/13. Both sides come into this league encounter in good nick; PSG have won four of their last five matches, losing the other one while on home soil have won all six of their most recent fixtures in all competitions.

Lens have also won four of their last five games, losing the other but their away form has only seen them winning two, drawing one and losing two. PSG’s steely defence that we saw after a shaky start to the season has been a bit porous of late, the Parisians have conceded in three of their last five home league games and also in three of their last five at home in all competitions.

Lens have scored in a total of 10 over their last five in the league and scored in both of their visits to the Parc des Princes over recent years. PSG will be eager to wrap up the title but ther visitors should be good enough for at least one; PSG to Win & Both Teams to Score has a great value price here.

20:00 Cambuur vs PSV: PSV to Win & Both teams to score

With five games to go PSV are four points behind Ajax at the top of the Eredivisie and shouldn’t really break a sweat here against a Cambuur side who have lost eight of their last nine league matches. On home soil things are a little better where they’ve won one, drawn one and lost three.

PSV have won two, drawn two and lost one of their last five in all competitions, while their league form has seen them winning seven and drawing one of their last eight. Their away league trips have seen them going nine games undefeated and have won four and drawn one of their last five.

Cambuur, for all their bad form, have scored in all 10 of their most recent home league games and scored at least two in five of them. PSV are obviously a better side than Cambuur and in far better form too but have conceded in six of their last nine on the road. Over recent seasons they’ve conceded in two of their last three visits north to Friesland so with Cambuur in good scoring form we have to go with the value here of a both teams to score and away win bet.

21:00 Betis vs Valencia: Betis to Win

TV: Premier Sports 1

Betis are in the better form of the sides but only slightly so, they’ve won two of their last five fixtures, drawing two and losing one. Los Murcielagos have won one, drawn two and lost two over their last five respective games in all competitions.

Betis have held the upper hand over recent clashes between the sides, Los Verdiblancos have won three of their last five meetings between the pair at both grounds with Valencia winning one and one ending level. Something worth pointing out here is that the match is being played at the Estadio Olimpico de Sevilla, so while Betis aren’t exactly playing on home turf it’s just a 20 minute drive north for them.

Being in the slightly better form of the pair and playing in their own city we have to give the nod to Manuel Pellegrini’s Verdes here.
