It’s a very interesting game, I think, in the sense that will Atletico Madrid play their two banks of five like they did at the City of Manchester Stadium. They did very well and City only had two shots in target in the match and none until the 55th minute.
City only really looked good when Phil Foden came on. So I’d be interested to see whether Atletico try and hold on for 60 minutes and go for it then or do they attack City from the off? I think if they come out and attack City, City will kill them.
Tuesday 8pm: Atletico Madrid v Manchester City TV: BT Sport 2 and BT Sport Ultimate
Maybe Atleti keep competitive and try to nick a goal in the last 20 minutes. What ever way they play it, I think City are the far superior team. The way I’d look to play it is City to Win to Nil.
I think City will control it for long periods and they’ve got such a good defensive record. I think City win this maybe 1-0 or 2-0. I’d lean towards Kevin De Bruyne to Score Anytime.
It’s interesting with City, I think Pep Guardiola, in his attacking line, De Bruyne is the only untouchable. I think he’ll pick him regardless. With City it’s often hard to know who’ll start but I think he’ll definitely start and he’s in absolutely superb form.
