Arsenal take on Newcastle at the Emirates looking to bounce back after what can only be described as a mauling by Liverpool last weekend. Newcastle, meanwhile, will be looking to carry their scoring form with them down to London, after they grabbed a 3-3 draw with Brentford in Eddie Howe’s first game in charge (well, sort of).

The Gunners have no new injuries to speak of, but are still without both Granit Xhaka and Sead Kolasinac. The Magpies on the other hand could well be without Fabian Schar and Dwight Gayle, both of whom will undergo late fitness tests in order to decide their match readiness.

Arsenal To Win

After a dismal start to the season, Arsenal are starting to get a handle on things again. I know it’s hard to believe after being thumped 4-0 last weekend, but they’re sitting in fifth place after losing their first three games of the season. The Gunners have more quality in their squad and should get the win on Saturday lunchtime.

Over 2.5 Goals

There’s been a combined total of 72 goals for and against both sides so far this term. That’s an average of three strikes per game overall, which funnily enough is more than 2.5.

Allan Saint-Maximin To Have 1 Or More Shots On Target

The value is almost too good for Allan Saint-Maximin to have a shot on target. The Frenchman is a key creative spark for this Newcastle outfit that are currently sitting bottom of the Premier League. Expect to see him causing trouble and maybe even sneaking onto the scoresheet.

Emile Smith-Rowe To Score Anytime

Emile Smith-Rowe is playing fantastic football so far in this campaign. The newly capped England international grabbed a goal against Villa, the winner against Watford, and another goal in his side’s 2-0 victory at Leicester. His production has been fantastic, which brought him onto the radar of Gareth Southgate and that’s no small feat – just ask Patrick Bamford.

Bukayo Saka To Have An Anytime Assist

Bukayo Saka jointly leads the Arsenal assists charts this season with a whopping two. In fact, only Smith-Rowe has the same number, but with four times as many goals. Saka is a crafty player though, who will cause bedlam for Newcastle and their defensive setup. Hopefully, we’ll be seeing Saka create a goal chance, and Smith-Rowe getting on the end of it in a two birds-one stone situation.
