Sunday looks like it’s going to be a belter of a day for football. We’ll be checking out two Premier League games where Antonio Conte takes charge of his first league game for Spurs when they visit Everton and then West Ham host Liverpool.

NEW TO PADDY POWER?

We also have the Seville derby later in the night and Valencia welcome Atletico Madrid during the afternoon. There’s also the small matter of the Milan derby so let’s go through the games then and find some potential value in the betting markets.

Antonio Conte

2pm: Everton v Spurs: Both Teams to Score

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

Everton will be desperate to make Antonio Conte’s Premier League return as bitter as possible. The Toffees have now gone four games without a win and another loss here is going to see pressure mounting on manager Rafael Benitez. Their home league form though is decent with three wins and two losses over their last five but the Everton faithful will be all too aware that they’ve only beaten Spurs once over their last 10 visits to Goodison Park in all competitions and that win came in 2012.

Spurs’ Premier League form has seen them winning two of their last five, losing the other three. They share the same record over their last five away games. Everton have scored 10 over their last five at home in the league, Spurs have scored five over their last five league excursions and Both Teams to Score has landed here in six of the last seven meetings in all competitions. Both teams will be out for the points here and we’re getting some decent value for Both Teams to Score.

3.15pm: Valencia v Atletico Madrid: Over 2.5 Goals

TV: Premier Sports 1 and LaLigaTV

Both teams share the same record over their five most recent games in all competitions; one win, two draws and two losses. Valencia’s home record in La Liga is slightly better with two wins, two draws and one loss; Both Teams To Score and Over 2.5 goals was seen in three of those five. Atletico have won three of their last five away league games, drawing and losing one apiece with BTTS and Overs landing in four of those five.

Valencia have scored 10 over their five home games and while Atletico are famous for their stingy defence they’re conceding above a goal per game on their away trips. BTTS is a decent shout here but we can squeeze a bit more out of it with the records of Overs occurring so often for both teams. We’re going with Over 2.5 Goals here.

4.30pm: West Ham v Liverpool: Mo Salah to Score Anytime

TV: Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League

This will be the sixth meeting between the sides since West Ham moved into their new digs at the London Stadium, West Ham have won none of those games with Liverpool winning four and one ending level. The Hammers are in robust home form in all competitions, winning three, drawing one (winning it on penalties) and losing one. In the Premier League at home they’ve won two, drawn one and lost two.

Liverpool are still unbeaten over their 16 games in all competitions this season and away from home have won four and drawn one of their five away PL matches. Mo Salah has been in incredible form this season, scoring 15 goals in 15 matches, including seven in his last five league away games. With those stats we’re getting a very decent price on him finding the net here against West Ham, particularly as he has nine over his eight matches against the Hammers.

7.45pm: AC Milan v Inter: Both Teams to Score & Over 2.5 Goals

TV: BT Sport 1

Milan are still unbeaten in Serie A this season and are only behind league leaders Napoli on goal difference. Inter are in third position, seven points behind their city rivals. Milan have won three of their last five in all competitions, drawing one and losing one. At home in the Serie A, Milan have won all five of their games this campaign. Inter have won four and drawn one over their last five in all competitions, their away record this season has seen them winning four, drawing one and losing one.

Over the last five meetings between the sides with AC Milan as the home side, Inter have won three with two ending level, Milan winning one in Extra Time. Both teams have scored a hatful in their league games this season, Milan scoring 25, Inter netting 28. BTTS and Overs has the best value price here for two teams in mighty goal-scoring form.

8pm: Betis v Sevilla: Both Teams to Score

Sevilla have beaten Betis twice over their last five visits across the city, the three others ended level. Betis haven’t actually won a home game against their city rivals since way back in 2006, a run of 15 games in all competitions. Betis are in decent league form, winning three and losing two of their last five in the league. At home they’ve won three, drawn one and lost one with BTTS and Overs landing in three.

Sevilla have also won three of their last five in the league, drawing one and losing one. Away from home things aren’t great though, they’ve won just one of their last five, drawing three and losing one. BTTS only landed in two of those five but Both Teams To Score has landed in four of the last five meetings here and we see that trend continuing here.
