20:30: Real Salt Lake v San Jose Earthquakes – BTTS: No

First up is Real Salt Lake welcoming San Jose Earthquakes to the Rio Tinto Stadium. The home side are currently seventh in the Western Conference, level on points with Minnesota. Real Salt Lake will be desperate to secure another win to edge them closer to a playoff spot. San Jose have nothing to play for on Saturday night as they are out of playoff contention. Expect Real Salt Lake to be up for this one but the same can’t be said for San Jose. BTTS: No makes a lot of sense.

21:00: New York Red Bulls v Montreal Impact – BTTS

Our next game in focus is New York Red Bulls v Montreal Impact. The home side come into this game one spot outside of the playoffs in the Eastern Conference, level on points with Montreal. New York are looking for their third straight home win, however, both sides will know how important a victory is for their playoff chances. It’s also worth noting that nine of Montreal’s last 10 games has produced BTTS. We fancy that trend to continue in this one in what will hopefully be an end-to-end game.

23:00: Atlanta Utd v Toronto FC – BTTS: No

Now we have Atlanta v Toronto in a battle of two Eastern Conference sides. Atlanta have impressed in spells and look set to wrap up a playoff spot over the next couple of weeks. Gonzalo Pineda’s side have no problems finding the back of the net and they’ve bagged in eight of their last nine games. Toronto, meanwhile, are second-bottom in the East and have won just six games all season. They’ve also failed to score in their last three away games. We’re on BTTS: No in this one as it’s hard to see Toronto troubling Atlanta.

Saturday 00:30: FC Dallas v Austin FC – BTTS

This is a battle of the two worst teams in the Western Conference. Austin are rock bottom, while Dallas are just one point above their rivals. We’re hoping defensive mistakes will lead to goals in this one. Both sides have leaky defences – they’ve conceded 54 and 50 goals respectively – so expect that trend to continue this weekend. BTTS will do us!

Saturday 00:30: DC Utd v Columbus – BTTS

Finally, we have DC Utd v Columbus. The home side are hoping to cling on to an Eastern Conference playoff spot, with New York Red Bulls and Montreal Impact close behind. DC Utd have scored in eight of their last 10 games so there’s little doubt about them bagging. Columbus, meanwhile, are hoping to keep their playoff hopes alive and they will look to attack. BTTS has landed in three of their last four games so hopefully that streak continues. BTTS it is!
