Paddy Power ambassador, Liverpool legend, tipster extraordinaire. That combination can only mean one thing – Phil Thompson has returned to Paddy Power News with another barrage of belting bets for this weekend’s Premier League action.
The 42-capped England defender is back from international duty and we’ve thrown him straight into domestic action at 3pm on Saturday as he serves up the first instalment of his brand new Thommo Turbo Treble. This week it’s Aston Villa v Wolves, Burnley’s trip to Manchester City and the Seagulls doing battle with the Canaries as Brighton migrate to Norwich looking to pinch three tasty points from their unsuspecting hosts.
Thommo’s in typically lethal form and even picked a big-priced England to beat Andorra 5-0 correct score punt over the break and there’s no doubt he performs for club and country week in, week out.
So, without further ado, let’s see where our talisman’s money is going at 3pm on Saturday. We’re giving the price on these three a healthy Power Price boost to celebrate the start of another weekend too.
Thommo’s Turbo Treble
THOMMO: It’s nice to get back to having four or five games kicking off at 3pm on a Saturday as last season the pandemic meant it was different with all the games on the telly. I’ve gone for a nice treble for the 3pm kick offs, hopefully we can get off to a flying start.
This one is Aston Villa, Manchester City and Brighton all to Win. I do fancy Brighton to beat Norwich, everybody’s beating Norwich, Brighton are having a super time. That gives us a really nice treble to start the weekend.
