Saturday is upon us once more which means it’s time for Paddy Power ambassador Phil Thompson’s take on the action in the Premier League. This week he’s joined by our football trader Emmet O’Keeffe to try and decode one of the biggest games of the weekend.

NEW TO PADDY POWER?

In focus here is Leicester against Manchester United as two managers who might be starting to come under pressure go head to head. But where’s the smart money going for this 3pm kick off on Saturday?

Saturday 3pm: Leicester v Manchester United

THOMMO: You wouldn’t have imagined, would you, Brendan Rodgers having a little bit of pressure on him, but it’s no win in four for Brendan which is just quite incredible. Incredibly, at home, they’ve won just one of the last five.

Listen, Manchester United are away-day specialists. What is it now? 29 unbeaten? I think they’re going to continue on that streak. I do fancy Manchester United to Win this.

I know about Cristiano Ronaldo, I know Bruno Fernandes. But I’m going to change my goal-scorer tip up. I think Mason Greenwood is going to Score Anytime for Manchester United.

EMMET: This is a hard one to call. I’d look at the Overs goals markets here because we know Harry Maguire and Raphael Varane will both be absent for Manchester United so that will give Leicester a chance. Leicester, as we’ve seen this year, have the fourth-worst defence in the league.

It’s a far cry from years past with Jonny Evans and Caglar Soyuncu which have been such a solid pairing. If you’re looking for a bet you can go Both Teams to Score and Over 2.5 Goals. We’re looking at a high-scoring exciting game here.
