It’s nearly over. We’ve almost made it through another international break. As nice as it was watching England’s B-Team hammer Andorra 5-0 on Saturday night, we all know we’re waiting for Premier League football to return this weekend.

Gareth Southgate’s men put four past Hungary when the sides met in September. That was in a hostile environment in Budapest so England will feel confident they can do the same at Wembley. Southgate watched his reserve players dominate against minnows Andorra on Saturday but the big boys should return to face Hungary.
Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling and Jack Grealish will all likely start and the Three Lions should have far too much for Hungary. The visitors put in some impressive performances at Euro 2020 but they’ve struggled since. They only beat Andorra 2-1 in September and they’ve lost to Albania twice since England’s 4-0 win last month. We’ll get on England -2.
Harry Kane to Score Anytime
Harry Kane has had a rough couple of months. He didn’t get his dream move to Manchester City in the summer and since then, he hasn’t scored in the Premier League. He has, however, bagged in the Europa Conference League (doesn’t count) and most importantly for our Bet Builder, in an England shirt.
Kane scored in England’s three previous World Cup qualifiers before being rested against Andorra. The Tottenham man will be raring to go to try and find form ahead of the Premier League returning this weekend so we’re behind Harry Kane to Score Anytime.
Raheem Sterling to Have Two or More Shots on Target
Similar to Kane, Raheem Sterling has had a hit and miss Premier League season so far. He has only started two of City’s seven league games and his future seems up in the air. Sterling was brilliant for England at Euro 2020 and he usually performs under Southgate.
Sterling will be in the final third with Kane and Grealish, a pair who demand attention, which could leave Sterling with more space. Just in case he can’t find the back of the net, we’ll play it slightly safer and go with Raheem Sterling to Have Two or More Shots on Target.
Willi Orban to be Shown a Card
We’re expecting England to dominate so they’ll likely have all of the ball against a frustrated Hungary side. Centre-back Willi Orban, who plays for RB Leipzig in Germany, was booked the last time these two sides met and he’s no stranger to flying into tackles or getting into tussles with the opposition striker. Willi Orban to be Shown a Card seems a solid pick at a decent price.
