Monday night football has a few interesting fixtures on offer, so we’ve gone through the best of the matches and found a tasty-looking four-fold that’s got plenty of value. We’ll be going deep into matches from the Portuguese Premeira Liga, Spain’s La Liga and the Premier League. First up though is an out-of-sorts Venezia taking on a Torino side going for a four-match unbeaten run.

NEW TO PADDY POWER?

19:45 Venezia v Torino: Torino To Win

Venezia have won just one of their five Serie A matches so far, losing all four of the others. They’ve also only managed to score three goals and have conceded 10. Torino have won two, drawn one and lost two – scoring eight and conceding five.

Torino’s form has picked up over their last three games in particular though. After narrow defeats to Atalanta and Fiorentina in their opening games, they put four past Salernitana, beat Sassuolo away from home and were unlucky not to beat Lazio midweek thanks to a late equalizer from Ciro Immobile.

Venezia are really struggling for goals and even in last season’s Serie B campaign, where they won promotion via the Playoffs, they only scored 1.26 goals per home game. They did grind out 10 wins over their 19 home games though, but their lack of quality in front of goal is making life very tough for them in Italy’s top division. It’s hard to see anything but an away win here, particularly as Torino have scored six over their last three games.

20:00 Crystal Palace v Brighton: Brighton To Win

Palace are not having a good time of it this season. Of their six games in all competitions, they’ve only won one. Brighton have played an additional game and have now won six of their seven games in total. Of course, there’s no love lost between these teams and over the last four meetings at Selhurst Park, going back to 2018, both sides have won a match each with two ending level. Over 2.5 Goals landed in two of those games, while Both Teams to Score was witnessed in all four.

Over the last five contests played at both stadiums, Overs has landed in just two matches and Both Teams To Score occurred in four. Both Teams To Score is going to attract a fair chunk of the market here, but Palace have only netted in two of their last five fixtures. Meanwhile, Brighton have kept four clean sheets over their last six games. Palace will raise their game, but there’s something not right in the ranks at Selhurst and we can only see a Brighton victory here.

20:00 Celta Vigo v Granada: Under 2.5 Goals

Celta Vigo have won just one of their six La Liga games so far, losing four times – scoring six goals in the process and conceding 10. Granada have been even worse, they’re still yet to win their first league game of the season after three draws and three defeats. Celta will take some confidence from the fact that they’ve beaten Granada here three times over their last four meetings, with Granada winning the other game.

We shouldn’t see many goals being scored here. Granted both teams have pretty weak defences, but with the sides scoring a combined grand total of just 11 goals over their 12 matches, we’re not likely to see a classic here.

21:15 Boavista v Estoril: Both Teams To Score And Over 2.5 Goals

Boavista have won two, drawn two and lost two of their six games in the league. They’ve scored eight and conceded eight. Estoril have taken a few teams by surprise since being promoted to the top flight and they’ve currently fourth in the league with four wins. They have nine goals scored with just four conceded.

Boavista’s home form is quite good though, they’re unbeaten now over their last five league outings at the Estadio do Bessa Seculo. For their part, Estoril have won all three of their away league games thus far in the league. With both teams in robust goal-scoring form and with impressive home vs away stats, we should see goals and we’re getting a good price for both to get on the scoresheet and Overs here.

Monday tips summary:

19:45 Venezia v Torino: Torino To Win
20:00 Crystal Palace v Brighton: Brighton To Win
20:00 Celta Vigo v Granada: Under 2.5 Goals
21:15 Boavista v Estoril: Both Teams To Score And Over 2.5 Goals
